Request to order couple of tests, they only issue request form for one test and suggest me to do another expensive that I don’t need. To get the result for the first test, I booked an extra appointment which costed $88. They will let you to spend as much money as you could.

Actually wanna give 0 star but I like my regular GP there so stars are for her. Read other reviews, seems like lots of people have bad experience with the reception as well. She has no idea what she is doing and always hangs up the phone without giving me any useful information or at least waiting for me to finish my sentence. Every time I call the clinic, it always makes me super stressed and uncomfortable because I have to talk to her. I’m usually sympathetic and understand maybe people are having bad days or just tired, but if you always have this attitude, then maybe it’s not the right job for you. Or the clinic should hire more people instead of let one person handle everything.

I called this morning to book a Covid travel test as I am flying back to the UK shortly. I spoke to a lady named Zoe and she was pleasent to talk with. I booked in for a Covid test that was on Saturday and Zoe informed me the test would be $200 dollars (reasonable price for the actual test itself). I was then told a doctor would call me to arrange the booking for the following day after I filled out an online enrolment for the doctors practice. I had the phone call with the doctor which took five minutes and it was asking me questions that I had already answered on the online form which I found slightly odd, the rest of the chat just told me where the actual test was.

I was then informed by a friend that that I could get the test closer to home with a different practice. I called back CBD doctors maybe 1-1.5 hours later and tried to cancel the booking, obviously apologetic for the mess around but it was more than 24hrs notice and in general with doctors that is a fair time. Zoe then informed me that I would actually have to pay $88 dollars for the "consultation" I had. This was the phone call with the doctor. I asked why I was not informed of the price for this phone call which was astronomically exspensive she said she did tell me it was $200 for the covid test. What she did not inform me of is that the little phone call asking me questions I had already answered was what they class as part of the test, she also didnt give a break down of the costs or inform me their would be a cancelation fee. The other practices I called where all very clear on the price and also if their was or wasnt a cancelation fee dependent on when or if you cancel. I obviously said I would not be paying it and also would not have done the process if I knew this was the case. Zoe then started to tell me this is bad form from me and also morally wrong which also seemed rather unprofessional. It ended in us both strongly disagreeing with one another and I am sure left a bad feeling about the situation on both ends. The whole thing just came across as shady and money grabbing.

I am in no way trying to smear CBD doctors name as lets be honest they are at the front line of this pandemic. I just hope they can be slightly clearer in future and try to be slightly less aggressive over the phone

Dr jelena radosavljevic do things very quick, at the same time, very patient and explain things to me clearly. Would recommend anyone to her.

Great attention to detail by staff, especially Dr Jelena. Always helpful and listens to what I have to say, and always gets back to me very quickly with any urgent results.

Booked a phone consultation session, never received a call and when I tried to call them to twice I was put on hold.

Belittling and dismissive doctors. Wasted my time, was a half hour late, couldn’t get to the point and dragged my appointment over time so I was charged for longer consultation. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a docotors office.

Made an appointment for 10am, then waited for 30 minutes before leaving not having seen a doctor. Not a good place to go if you need to squeeze it into your schedule.

During a three day stay, i fell ill with food poisoning, just before my flight back home. The kind ambulance staff made an appointment for me, and this great professional team treated me with care, kindness and guidance for options to recover possibly for my flight. Which did happen. Thank you to the great team there. You allowed me to return home. Suzan

Been here a few times and have seen Dr Hugh and Dr Josh. Highly recommend both of them. Reception staff are always friendly, helpful and smiley! Will make this my regular clinic:)

I’ve always been seen on time and was bulk billed for my follow up appointment. The doctor was very attentive and took the time to listen. Will be going back.

Fantastic doctors. The Staff are incredibly professional and helpful. And it’s relatively low cost for the service/ efficiency of what’s on offer. High recommendation

Waiting for an hour towards the end of the day. Not acknowledgment that has happened, other doctors walk out instead of seeing the backlog of patients. When I am paying $86 for the pleasure, fairly disappointed.

Wanted to charge $100 (after Medicare rebate) for a whooping cough shot. $50 for the shot with the balance an 'initial consultation'
my local GP offered it for free because as an expectant father (and no consultation fee)

When I was feeling unwell at work I was glad that I could find such a professional doctors surgery so close to work. With a short wait at time of booking it was the ideal solution to my health issue and would go back in a heart beat. PS Loved all the real artwork on the walls!

Not bulk billing, but reception staff are lovely and not too expensive compared to other practises. Highly recommend Filip Vukasin and Hugh Leslie.

I was told that 30 dollars will be charged for showing up late for a few minutes, the doctor was later in the last a few times and kept me waiting, so when I showed up a few minutes late and will be charged for nothing? ! Ridiculous and unfair.

Absolutely love my guy Dr Fillip Vukasin, he's always helpful, honest and beautiful to deal with. Really can't recommend him highly enough.

I need to use these doctors because of their location and I work in the city. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming. However, Dr. Jelena Radosavljevic isn't a warm doctor. I don't enjoy going to the doctors, like anybody else, so I look for a personable doctor and that is far from what she offered. She seemed to not care at all. I hope my next experience is better with a different doctor!
