There is an extremely unprofessional receptionist and the waiting time is always long (both me and my friend have experienced this and my friend even got ignored and left there waiting once). AND like many of the customers who left their reviews and comments here, I will NEVER go back to this clinic.

Horrible experience while getting iron infusion. The nurse monitoring me was lovely however when I started to bruise from the IV the Dr was called to which they flushed the area and in turn caused the iron to bleed onto my skin and PERMANENTLY stain. This photo was taken 3 months after the iron infusion. There is no signs of fading, this is a permanent stain on my skin. I get so upset everytime I look at it. I am quite sure the Drs had an idea they caused this damage at the time, yet there was no compensation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE.

Horrible receptionist, very rude admin, especially a white receptionist that I don’t know the name of her. Other receptionists are always nice to me. The doctors are very nice too.

I've been attending CBD Doctors since transferring to Melbourne in 2017. Dr Jelena Radosavljevic is an thorough and caring doctor who gets to know her patients, and we have easily established rapport and confidence. I'm very happy with the service and care, and feel confident in the advice and attention to my health and care. I have no hesitancy in strongly recommending this clinic. My dealings with all staff have been courteous and kind.

I got my first covid vaccine in the clinic. As a proof of my vaccination I got a Vaccination List printed document. When gathering information to get my second dose in a vaccination hub, I realised that my first shot was not registered on my IHI (Individual Healthcare Identifiers). I called the clinic and the response I had was that they were overwhelmed, behind with the registration system and that maybe in one month time they would have it all registered. She also told me that the document I received would be enough to get my second dose. Today I went to get my second dose, and for my unpleasant surprise, I could't get it because the document given to me didn't have any stamp neither was printed on an official paper containing details about the clinic and the GP. The nurse who attended me at the vaccination hub was as perplexes as me when I told her they haven't registered the first dose on the system. According to her, this should have been done on the day I took the vaccine. I just think this situation is completely unacceptable and beyond unprofessional. I don't recommend the place.

Dr Natasha is an incredible doctor, very caring and kind. Easy to talk to and listens to your concerns! Highly recommend!

Ha a covid test for travel. Lab results came back same day which was great. However, when I got to my destination customs advised that there was trouble with the result because it had no lab name on it. This was out of their office hours so unable to get a hold of anyone to clear up the situation for customs.

The best GP practice I have found in Melbourne. Very personalised and present GPs, consultations never feel rushed.

Dr Natasha is attentive, thorough and caring, I find her very easy to speak to. I regularly see Psychologist Peter Saunders here, he has been an excellent support in my mental health recovery journey. I highly recommend both of these professionals.

Always enjoyed fast and professional service at CBD Doctors. I've never had had to wait long. The staff are very pleasant. The doctors are careful and clear with their explanations.

Dr Radosavljevic was inexperienced and unattentive. For a classic pityriasis rosea case, the prescribed doses finished in 2 days even though during consultation the severity of the condition was crystal clear and a standard pityriasis rosea lasts 6 to 12 weeks. I had to go another another GP to resolve the constant itching caused by the condition which was not addressed during the consultation at all.

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Jelena Radosavljevic. She makes you go in circle for months and returns you home saying "There's nothing wrong with you, it's all in your mind. " while the patient suffers. She's totally uptight and wants her way. Just avoid her.

My doctor JELENA RADOSAVLJEVIC is a great person whom I respect a lot as she is so kind and very professional. She always been very supportive and helpful at any time.

I have taken my wife for pre natal care to CBD doctors. We consulted with Dr. Natasha Mitik-Dineva and she is one of the best doctor i have seen in my past experience in Melbourne for last 3.5 years. She took care of my wife so positively and she explained everything in detail at all times so patiently. Thanks to CBD doctor for having Dr. Natasha. Highly recommend CBD doctors and Dr. Natasha for pre natal care.

The doctor is great, very knowledgeable. But the receptionist is very rude and aggressive. She totally ruined the whole experience. The recommendation is to hire a more friendly receptionist.

And definitely a lot overpriced for a GP consultation.

If you are looking to see a pathology specialist through a referral obtained by your GP, do not come to this place. There is a white woman that will treat you like absolute garbage, rush you so you can hurry up and get up out of there, throw in passive aggressive remarks for whatever reason and will ruin your day completely. Do not come to this place to see a pathology specialist until they get rid of this extremely unlikable and disaster of a woman. Extremely rude. Thank you

The doctor Natasha gave us some good advice and was fairly knowledgable.

But instead of being at least a little bit polite and patient, the receptionist was very rude towards us and basically pushed us to pay when we had some questions on how the fee was calculated (the fee was much higher than we expected and we just needed to know what we were paying for).

I think it's a good idea to ask how much they would charge you upfront to avoid ending up with a fairly high bill to pay and some attitudes from their receptionist.
