As the website shown that they are accepting walk-in consultation. I would like to confirm that they do not accept any walk-in as the moment and the receptionist today was being so rude and spoke to me as if i’m getting a service for free. I was asking about the appointment and she didnt seem to understand the question which i tried to explain it. She got so irritated. Better prepare yourself for to handle grumpy receptionist when you’re already sick.

Love my doctor and location but the red hair receptionist is extremely rude and hard to deal with.

My whole family has been with CBD Doctors since 2017. Dr. Josh is a very good doctor. He is professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, skilled, and compassionate. His attentiveness and thoroughness were truly appreciated.

Waiting for STI result since 23 Aug 2023 while I was told that it will take maximum 48 hours. I have painful ulcers and the doctor doesn't prescribe anything because he is waiting for the test result. Thanks to your incompetency after more than 4 days now, the ulcer is spreading and still waiting for a simple test result and I can't even call you because it is weekend. I didn't know how to tell the virus in my body to stop spreading because it is weekend and the lab test result works based on business days! You and your service are ridiculous. Instead of selling 1$ masks and pushing people to wear one upon arrival as if it is 2021, do your job properly. Do you understand that disease doesn't understand business days? When you say 48 hours, do it in 48 hours. Horrible service. Do not go here and do not risk your health by these incompetent people. Do not get back to me with a response as you wrote to the user Panda saying no one understands your profession but yourself. I work in health industry and I know what I'm talking about.

I had to wait for more than 30 minutes without any notification from the doctor or reception. When asked, the reception didn't apologise or show any understanding for the patient. I have been with them for over 8 years, the service is getting worse and worse. I would now change to other services for my family GP. Very disappointed to leave, but the management or service didn't show any appreciation of their loyal customers

First time to visit GP in Melbourne. Dr. Jackson Lau is an amazing doctor. Good listener and very logical. I called and made an appointment, the receptionist was also very calm and kind. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here. My implanon was inserted incorrectly by Dr Natasha; it is in my muscles instead of in the subdermal layer of my skin. It has caused me a lot of emotional distress because I most likely have to undergo surgery to remove it, and this happened just a month before my wedding. Dr Natasha said the contraception will most probably still work and that I could leave it in for 3 years if I wanted to. However, I will get a 2nd opinion as I don’t believe that I should leave something in my body that isn’t supposed to be there.

Dr Hugh Leslie is excellent, he always remembers you and your history, very pleasant to talk to and always helpful

Terrible service. Terrible treatment. I ended up in a 12 hour medical ordeal involving hospitalisation because of poor diagnosis.

It was my first time at this clinic and despite some negative reviews here I had an overall good experience. I was accepted as a walk-in patient, didn't have to wait too long and the doctor was more than helpful.

Worst medical centre I have ever been to, long waiting period and bad attitude. If you have any other choice, don’t waste your time here.

Face mask for 1$ (this doctor clinic will make 45$ a day if there is 50 ppl visiting a clinic) way to make money.

Doctors are ok but this place is definitely over-priced. I know bulk bill is not a common thing these days but paying $90+ for a 15min consultation is not a common thing either.

During my visit there was a young girl who just finished her consultation and got two more questions to ask her doctor. She was told to book another consultation and pay for it. It seems to me to be a totally rip-off. Will never come back again. Not sure about CBD area, but there are plenty better GPs in Melb suburbs.

Very good, timely, quick, professional service by the pathology collector from clinical labs! The process was pain free and it was done within 5 minutes!

I’m sure the doctors are fine.
I visited here for pathology and was charged $1 for a face mask. Not good.
Just had to drive to another Australian clinical labs across town in east Prahran (Airlie Women’s Clinic) where they could provide the blood test I needed (cbd doctors Australian Clinical Labs wouldn’t do it, even though I had driven in from regional Vic and always get this test on a Thursday) and they do not charge for a face mask here at Airlie. Good

Excellent service, very helpful and friendly reception staff plus highly professional medical service.

The attitude of the nurse who helped me do the regular check was too bad, I don't know about one of the inspection items, I want to ask clearly, but maybe because my english listening is not very good (plus the Indian lady has the special accent), I asked for several times, and the Indian lady said, "Take the medicine quickly, don't waste my time". This attitude made me shock. I think you should learn how to talk to people.

Give 2 stars but not one because of the receptionist who always sits on the left side, she’s nice.

I recently went to see Dr Jackson Lau for nosebleeds. He performed a nasal cauterisation on my both nostrils on that day. No post-op care is given to me after the treatment. Failed to tell me what should I expected after the treatment. 2 hours later, I started having a severe pain, Tried to take the over-the-counter pain killer (Panadol and Nurofen) were failed. I ended up at the emergency hospital at 1 am in midnight. Eventually, I paid $400 for admission fees plus 5 hours of wait in the ER department. What a nightmare, the ER doctor finally discharged me around 6 am in the morning with palladium. Few days after discharged from the ER, my both nostrils inside are still inflamed, swollen and painful. By giving me no option, I was seeing another GP, He told me my both nostrils had infected and now I am on an antibiotic (flucloxacillin 500mg) and mupirocin nasal ointment. ENT specialist appointment also has been scheduled for next year, yeah another hundred dollars is gone! I look miserable now, yes I really do!

Please think twice before you make any medical decision. The decision you make either makes you feel better, or harm you more!

The doctor (Dr. Josh Chian Shuin Ng) spent literally 30 seconds examining our child and said everything was fine.
3 days later no improvement with our child, we had to see another doctor in another clinic who found ear infection and throat inflammation.
Don't spend time with these guys, find a real doctor somewhere else
