It is strongly recommended that you do not talk to the Chinese-speaking receptionist because she is so rude and impatient to the extreme! My friend asked her some questions very politely, she rolled her eyes and asked you: how can I do balabalabla? ? ? However, my friend and I are qualified, not saying any rude words like her every time.

Then I recommend the person wearing glasses sitting at the front desk on the far left. The person is very nice!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING RECEPTION! DO NOT GO HERE! So i was ringing around looking for an appointment for medical cannabis consultation and i settled on this clinic looking pretty good and had heard good things about them. She asked for my name so i told her my legal name then said i had a preferred name and my pronouns. She had the audacity to turn around and say we cant do that because its not your legal name or gender. So i said i dont expect the medical forms to change but i would prefer to be called my prefer name. To no shock she said no and called me my deadname for the rest of the phone call. Do not go here if you are non-binary or transitioning.

Charge $120 for pre-departure Covid RAT testing.
Save your $ and go to a pharmacy instead - $40-$60!

Unprofessional. Usually clinics will happily print results out for patients however they will refuse and literally hold your information in ransom for $$$ (second consultation fee)

Made a booking for an iron infusion.
After waiting 45 mins after my appointment time, and I watching a few others leave as they could wait no longer.
I left, I told the reception, who said, yes we are running very late.
Then why not tell people when they arrive.
A poor way to run a medical practice.
I went to another clinic for an iron infusion and was seen on time and $50 cheaper.

Wish I had have read reviews before booking!
This clinic is expensive and in my opinion a waste of time.

Booked for iron infusion, and wait for 50min to see a doctor. They poked me 5 times and at the end, I couldn't get the iron infusion on the day.because no more locations to poke.
They said because they can't find my veins, and blood is too thick.
Amazing experience.

Needed PCR to fly to Fiji after New Years and it was fantastic service - book appt and result that afternoon. Well worth premium for piece of mind & time savings

Dr Natasha was fantastic.

At the initial consultation, all of her questions were pertinent and appropriately asked. She is factual and non-judgmental. She was very knowledgeable about my situation and was ready to move forward on next steps. I felt listened to and understood.

I had a subsequent appointment booked promptly and the reception staff were very friendly and also knowledgeable.

My procedure went very well. She was kind, considerate, and efficient. She explained everything every step of the way. I appreciated her kindness and professionalism.

The clinic is easy to find, clean, and comfortable to wait in. The seating area was not crowded and COVID protocols were being followed.

I hopefully (medically) won't have to return, but if I do need to see a doctor again, I'll be calling CBD Doctors for an appointment.

When booking an appointment at a gazillion % markup they were generally helpful but still with a strong undertone of impatience and annoyance. But goodness me do they make it damn near impossible to change or cancel a booking. I have been trying to reach them for over a week during business hours. No one answers the phone, the mailbox is full and the message centre on their website doesn’t allow for the messages to be sent, just spins never to go through (multiple attempts over multiple days) I still haven’t gotten through to cancel my appt. If you are going to price your self as a premium clinic, service it like one.

Do not use this practice. Support those who are going to give a s**t about their patients vs just filling up their dump trucks full of cash.

Very unprofessional and way too expensive for Pcr test which you can do it somewhere else for cheaper and better for this service. Anyway PCR should be free not a rip off!

VERY UNPROFRESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE service. Booked an appointment for 11-Dec- 21 (booked via phone on 10-Dec-21). On arrival at the venue at 10 am, found it locked, there was one other gentleman waiting since 9: 30 AM (who was due to travel internationally the next day and he had already paid for the testing). Found a board at the entrance asking to call a number which kept going to voicemail which was also full. Waited for 30 mins but no one showed up. Thankfully managed to get tested at another provider and was able to travel. Not sure what happened to the other gentleman who was also duped by this service.

I booked for my international travel PCR through hot doc but how am I supposed to pay them didn’t get any invoice as mentioned on their website? !

Doctor Natasha is honestly such a kind soul, I'm grateful for her intelligent, insightful conversations and compassionate attitude. The nurses and admin team are very friendly too.

Booked same day COVID Test for International Travel and had my result emailed to me within 2 hours so very happy. Staff were organised, professional and friendly. Highly recommended practice.

Absolutely not recommend this place. My wife got first dose of Covid-19 vaccine here, however there is neither no immunisation history on Medicare for more than a week or any documentation for proof of vaccination. When we tried to call them for that, they were trying to blame this to stuck of Medicare system. Then I called Medicare for more information, it turns out everything from their system is up to date and there is no record for the first dose, it is the GP not upload the record to the system. I felt really disappointed and try to call CBD doctors again, the receptionist then blame it to their nursing team and told me they were busy and can not do anything about this. I mean is this your job to upload the information to Medicare? After I checked my claim history, surprisingly they already claim my vaccination fees from Medicare but did not upload my information for more than a week. Really disappointed and won’t go this place ever again.

- Edited Post (Monday 1st of Nov) I just went to have a PCR Test at 3 pm. On time appointment with doctor picked me up downstair and because I booked for weekends test but my flight has been delayed. So I got tested on weekday instead. I went to see the receptionist at the counter asking her for refund the rest of the fee. She helped me to sort thing out well and politely. So I would like give a compliment this time for the service. Appreciated that.

If you get vaccinated here, Be aware that it takes few days to have official proof of vaccination. Bit annoying.

Very poor service from receptionist (there’re 2 ladies there in the afternoon on 11th Nov. I’m referring to the younger lady, while the other lady is patient and professional to others guests)

There is one receptionist sounds like European she is very rude, enquire about the information regarding the PCR test, consider the fee is 300 I would expect a more professional and polite attitude for just getting more information on phone. But she is getting grumpy very shortly after I only ask her about some information and tell me to go to other clinic instead. I am really surprised for the rude customer service with such a high price for the service. On top of that, she didn't mention the most important information to me because she is so impatient to listen that cause me almost have to cancel my flight.

My 3rd time visiting this clinic. Dr. Zhang who i have been dealing with is lovely. However my experience is ruined completely by the receptionist. I didn’t get her name exactly but she was sitting next to the wall on the reception area. This is not the 1st time i have had a bad experience with this lady. I ignored the last time but i need to raise it on this occasion.

My review doesn’t mean to attack your staff personally. I appreciate healthcare workers and their hard work, especially during this difficult time. I just don’t want anyone feel the way I felt today leaving your clinic. Please don’t forget patients who visited your medical clinic have already felt sick or stressful or worried. The fact that i felt worse attending your clinic not because of my sickness or doctors but your admin staff is UNACCEPTABLE.

I’m happy to be contacted if you would like to discuss what happened. But would I return to your clinic or recommend to anyone? I’m afraid NO.

Dr Radosavljevic is the best doctor I've found since my childhood GP. I've been seeing her for several years now. During that time, she has had a positive impact on more areas of my life than I expected. She cares about her patients and is a pleasure to visit.
