Carpet Call Fountain Gate

I have not had to chase this hard for a quote ever. I've been to the store, sent plans on email, sent follow up emails, called the store to check on progress to find out that they cannot locate my emails. Resend email with plans for an urgent quote. Chase up the urgent quote 5 days after I was told to expect it to find out that my "consultant" was away that day and someone else would help me. Resend the plans again. Follow up 3 days after to be told that it is only partially complete as he was the only guy on the roster and busy. Called again yesterday to be told that the "file" had been passed to the original consultant who 1st dealt with me. Asked if I could speak to him to be told that he was with a customer and would call me back. No calls, no email quote. Called back this morning. My consultant was with a customer and will call me back. Not going to hold my breath.appalling ethos and downright unacceptable treatment.

We had a great experience dealing with Carpet Call Fountain Gate. We met with Corey in store and he was very thorough and patient when answering all of our questions. Our in home measure and quote was done by Jason. It was obvious Jason genuinely wanted to help us and ensure we got a great deal with good quality carpet. Both Jason and Corey were highly knowledgeable of the products and very easy to talk to.

Carpet Call Fountain Gate is a lovely store with great people who work there. Buying flooring is a daunting thing and Brad made it very easy to go through what was ideal for me and what actually catered my needs. I’ve been to a few other flooring places for quotes but coming to Carpet Call I can happily say was a great recommendation by a friend because not only did he beat the quotes I had, he actually cared for what specifically I was after and shaped everything around that which was my pets. I definitely recommend Carpet Call Fountain Gate to anyone looking for cheap good quality flooring and people who genuinely care.

Dissapointed with their bad customer service. They have lost 13,000 business because of their behavior. People out there, if you go to this store make sure you record what they say because unfotunately they can not remember what they said. What a waste of time.

I once went there to choose some carpets for my hallway. When I inquired about the products the salesman just showed me an area and asked me to choose from them. Then I asked about cleaning of flour boards, he didn't have a clear answer. Anyway I did not feel that I got the service that I expected.
Then I thought it was because I went there closer to the closing time for the day, Tried another day. But it was the same. So I went to Springvale home maker centre. I was able to buy a very nice carpet.

I ordered from Carpet Call Fountain Gate out of desperation to have carpet layed due to a disappointing experience from Fowels Auctions Clayton. I couldn't believe the difference, I spoke to Paul who came and visited at my home the same day and arranged a great price and installed the carpet four days later. I can't speak more highly of Carpet Call Fountain Gate. I highly recommend these guys. Thanks again!

This store is great, staff are very helpful, welcoming, and willing to offer help.

They are able to workout price including underlay and installation for you on the spot.
I would highly recommend this store, good service, good people.
