Builders can make things very confusing but I have to commend Brad and the team at Carpet Call for helping me further understand the type of flooring I need for my new house. Wow! So impressed.
I had been a previous customer of Carpet Call with carpet laid several years ago.
After renovation I was changing the whole house from carpet to floorboards. From the selection of the boards right through to completion I have been so happy.
In laying the boards and making sure that the subfloor was level enough to have them, Jack and Sam were perfect and it showed that they took pride in their work to make sure everything was just right. I wish all workers were like them!

The materials (floor boards) supplied by carpet call fountain gate were good quality. The customer service pre payment was outstanding. However the workmanship of the contractor sent by carpet call fountain gate was terrible. The response by carpet call after I complained was terrible. It appears as though once payment was made in full carpet call service delivery took a nose dive. I emailed Them pictures of the bad job their contractor had done in December 2019 and I’m still waiting for them to fix it. We halfway through January 2020 and no action has been taken. I would not recommend the carpet call fountaingate branch to anyone. Maybe one can buy the floor boards from them but please don’t use their contractors to install them. If you have to use their contractor try not to pay up in full before they complete the job. All that glitters is not gold.

We thought of upgrading our floors to timber Ave were just looking to compare some quotes and see if it's affordable. We did a bit of comparison and finally landed in Carpet Call, Fountain Gate. Who gave a very competitive price compared to the rest of the quotes we received and we grab the deal straight away. Very neat and precise work done with the timber. And not forget, Brendan and his team provided the best customer service and experience. I'll definitely recommend them for all flooring needs.

Brandon C was very helpful and assisted us in ordering carpet, nothing was too much trouble dispite some complications due to coloring matching a previous order. Highly recommend this flooring retailer. Fair prices also.

This place I'm highly disappointed in, they came out to my house for 1.5 hrs to measure up and never even got back to me with a quote, even after I msgd the manager! And texted the guy who came out! Absolutely NO Response and I'm totally disgusted, why waste mine and your time even coming out, slack and plain ignorant especially as I tried to contact you both twice. Do not reccomend, I'll take my 20 grand plus elsewhere. I'd give no start if possible butbi wouldn't let me.
If you want good communication avoid carpet court narre warren.

After looking number of stores Carpet Call Fountain Gate is the store to stop and look no further. We worked with two of the staff we got Faz and Brandon coming along on short notice and did all the measurements and gave us bit of knowledge on selection and quality and helped us with the price.
