Carpet Call Fountain Gate

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience through CARPET CALL Fountain Gate.
We placed a large order including floors / carpet & blinds.
The order of our blinds were forgotten to be processed for over 6 weeks after paying a deposit. Carpet Call took no accountability and refused any compensation.
Terrible communication throughout the whole process. Head office always spoke with us like were a problem rather then a paying customer.
Even after paying the full amount in total we still had no blinds and no word on when they would be installed.
I absolutely do NOT recommend using Carpet Call blinds. If you want to be treated like a valued customer please look elsewhere.

Highly recommend Carpet Call Fountain Gate! From the moment of walking in the store we were welcomed by Brad the manager and he arranged for one of his reps David to come out the same day to measure and quote. We were very pleased with how Knowledgeable he was as my partner and I had mixed information from other places. Fast forward 5 weeks and our carpet gets installed, I have to say the layers Were very good and the carpet feels amazing. Thank you so much!

Shahin was very good and patient in helping me with my carpet purchase, even though I took a long time to decide, I appreciate his patience and his knowledge on various different carpets that were more suited for what I was after. If you are after good carpet at a good price with good customer service stop by Carpet Call they are really the experts in the trade!

Walked in today with the plans of the build to get a quote from them to install flooring. The person at the desk was so rude did not even want to come to get any further details instead was talking to me while at the desk and when my husband asked him if he did not want to quote to us he said getting the flooring from the builder would be cheaper for us. Wonder how these sort of people survive and do any good to a business. And when my husband was walking out of the store in disgust the guys was still talking back. Sorry this franchise is not worth the business we are walking in to the Packhenam store is what we told them.

I'm disappointed with my recent experience with Carpet Call Fountain Gate. I ordered carpet and paid my deposit in early July 2021 for installation at the end of that month. Time was of the essence. It was to be installed before I and my things moved in to a new place. It was not installed by then and not even close to when it was promised - not that month, not the month after, not the month after that, or the month after the month after that. Today, at the end of November 2021, I was advised that they were awaiting delivery of the stock. I accept that COVID has been a factor but it is not excuse for poor communication. There is a difference between having an item in stock and it being no problem to have it installed without delay, and not having it in stock and not being able to get it in the foreseeable future. The way they have treated a customer in this instance is not how to treat a customer and it is not how business is conducted. I have cancelled my order with Carpet Call and I'm not ordering carpet from them again.

Really wish i had called these guys first! I had terrible workmanship done through another company.
Left my floor half finished and walked off the job and took my deposit. Several family members had highly recommended carpet call fountain gate.spoke to Brad over the phone. I was so impressed with his professionalism, understanding of my situation, how incredibly helpful he was.and They even came in at a great price. Absolutely brilliant! My only real regret is that i didnt visit them first, it would have saved me so much stress, time, money and i would have had a beautiful job and experience from the get go!

Staff (in particular Brad) have been extremely rude and inflexible whilst our carpet lay date has been continually delayed due to lockdown. They are insisting on retaining a huge deposit despite no installation likely for many months. When asked politely for a more equitable arrangement we have been dismissed rudely and blindly quoted consumer law. Staff seem more keen to have a fight with customers rather than attempting to find a fair solution…saying they would prefer us to go to VCAT than show flexibility.
