The good people of Carpet Call Narre Warren sprang into action (a phone call) once they read our initial review, pulling the David vs Goliath card.
Here's what happened. We got Hybrid Floorboards installed in the whole house (14150 Dollar) and once work was completed we raised three different issues of concern with them. Two of those issues have been referred to the police. The third issue was and still is the substandard work the installation crew did.
A cracked floorboard, several too short boards in prominent locations installed, too much concrete smear from leveling the floor spilled on window sills and could only be removed by blunt force. Resulting in us having to paint them. The steps not having been finalised. We complained about it in the store and were being told to send in some photos. We did via Email. We neither got a confirmation Email nor a phone call, nor a visit to inspect within about one and a half weeks.
We have been ignored as customers regarding this issue. Here's a fun fact. We thought they might have lost our phone number but no.see first sentence.
If I hear or read the word Carpet Call ever again I'm going to vomit!

There is a wide range of flooring available at this store. The assistants were very friendly and helpful but they were way understaffed on the Saturday morning that I dropped into the store.

We dealt David, he was efficient and knowledgeable. He provided excellent service and had an excellent knowledge of the products. It was great that he was able to provide a quote on the spot and book us in to get the carpet installed.

Other company we mistakenly went with first could only manage 2 quotes in 4 weeks with 0 service added on. The guys at Carpet Call were helpful but not pushy and managed to get our flooring installed within 2 weeks. We very much appreciate their generosity and overall service. It also turned out fantastic.
