Carboni's Italian Kitchen

The cosy restaurant, wonderful staff and delicious food always makes me feel 'warm'. Going with friends and/or family to Carboni's is a guaranteed good time for everyone. Great restaurant. Worth the trip from Melbourne. Hospitality and service was excellent. The food was very good.will go again.

The staff are fantastic; nothing was too difficult for them. The private dining room is absolutely lovely and was perfect for a business lunch. The house made ravioli is to die for! Carboni's staff made sure my daughter's 21st was excellent. My daughter and her friends have an intellectual disability and the staff were helpful in their service, kind and patient. In particular,

The food is amazing, the New waiter Sams was amazing, Leo the manager was amazing, if you are still having doubts just go there on a Wednesday and have their Parmesan bowl pasta, you will be convinced

Decent food. Good atmosphere. Good service bear in mind that it can be pretty expensive but the food is awesome!

Brilliant service, excellent food and fantastic private room. I ran a Gunnas Writing Masterclass at Carboni's yesterday and it's by far one of the best private dining room experiences I've ever had (and I have run over 300 of these masterclasses). Stand out food wise were the arancini and the pizza. But everything was great. Can't recommend their private dining room highly enough. Big thanks to Leonardo and Chiara. I'll be back soom!

Ate here earlier in the year and the food was fantastic so returned with high expectations. Being a Monday I got the impression the restaurant wasn’t expecting a full restaurant and it showed in the food. The sauce on the pollo was so thinned out and lost it’s depth. I will return incase it was just one of those nights!

The food was just amazing. I had a chicken dish and it was cooked to perfection.probably one of the best chicken dishes I've ever had.the pizza here is also fantastic and the staff are awesome

Tonight we came to Carboni’s on many recommendations from friends. We were instantly greeted with such a polite staff member! Our experience only increased from there. Our waitress Jo was sensational and made sure we were happy with all of our food, drinks and service. The food was incredible and chicken cooked to perfection. It was such a great atmosphere and everything was well above any standards of restaurants we’ve attended around Ballarat! Definitely keep Jo, my partner and I both rate her a 7 out of 5!

Dark coloured steps not good at night and Didn't see a ramp for the Disabled, food was very good though.

Came here for Tea. Did my research. The Shiaciatta bread was too crunchy, very ordinary. Had the Gnocchi Norcina which was amazing! & the Ravioli Cavolo Pancetta, was really good, but the Gnocchi Norcina was the standout by far. Thanks for a great meal

Amazing service every time. Everything is made from scratch and happily altered for my dietary requirements. Every meal I've had here has been delicious!

I really enjoyed my dinner here with friends. Had the risotto which was cooked perfectly and had beautiful flavours. My friend had the lamb ragu and I will definitely try next time. Couldn’t go passed the tiramisu for dessert and it was awesome! The food was very nice but not much of a beer selection.clean restaurant and toilets.warm atmosphere
