Service was extraordinary. I definitely recommend visiting this place when you have the time. The food had amazing flavor, however, it was on the salter side. We had the taste of Italy menu and loved every bit of it. Be prepared for a large serving size as they do not hold back on the quantity. Worth every penny.

My friend told me to try this place and I did and totally impressed by the amazing food and service. I loved the crudo pizza and seafood pasta the best tasted so Italian. Nice restaurant for friends or family meet ups I will certainly be back!

Nice food, lovely place to dine, just being pestered 9-10 times in 45 minutes to check if everything was fine was totally annoying and made me want to rush out. Please- no need! Let the guests enjoy their own company for a few minutes.

Food was nice, well stocked, polite and welcoming staff, always a good spot to drop in and get a coffee.

It was my first time visiting this absolutely fantastic Italian resturant and I was very impressed they prepared a birthday card for me. The food was delightful and authentic Italian. The staff were incredibly friendly and excellent service. It was really enjoyable. Highly recommended. We'll be back again for sure.

Consistently excellent food. Attentive and friendly service. Not overly noisy - I can easily hear my partner and don't have to raise my voice even when Carboni's is very busy. We arrived at 6.20pm and had two yummy meals and a delicious dessert and left at 7.23pm - even on a night when they were unexpectedly very busy - that's pretty efficient! Good job, Carboni's.

My partner and I went to carbonis for our anniversary tonight. Served with a complementary Champaign and a sweet little card. Girl working with bow in her hair was so friendly and the food was delicious

We ate at Carboni’s for Easter Sunday and were delighted. Lovely options for the kids and then we have the Chef’s 10 dish special. Absolutely delicious! Also rare for Ballarat they have great parking.

Amazing food and service, does not disappoint and I would highly recommend for genuine Italian cuisine.

Love Carbonis, it's our go to place to eat when in Ballarat. The food is always exceptional and the service is always friendly with a smile! Their pasta is to die for. It's a must if your a local or just passing through.

My partner and I dined there on 30 Dec for our anniversary. We were given a lovely quiet table, and were brilliantly served all evening by a young man called Tyson, who was wonderful. We ordered the Taste of Italy ($69pp) and it was outstanding. Delicious flavours, fresh ingredients and a divine cauliflower dish I could eat every single day. Healthy portion sizes, (we are decent eaters!) great variety and attentive, unobtrusive service. This place is what Italian restaurants should be - friendly, yummy and easy. Will be back for sure. Try the Limoncello!

Food was spot on we ordered the prawn cutlets in arrabaitia sauce, margarita pizza, tomato bruschetta, spinach ravioli, arancini and much more! Party of 5 & everything was delicious, fresh and very authentically made. Will definitely be back every time we visit Ballarat. The only thing we didn’t like was that the table water which was room temp lol and waiter missed the calamari on our order. He seemed new so we gave him grace. Very happy with our dining experience, thanks.

I ordered Fettuccine Carbonara then Italian Coffee Cream for dessert.
Impressed!

My pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauce complemented it well. My partner's pasta was a lot smaller dish so she needed to order an arancini entree to feel full.
