Amazing, im from Melbourne, this place could complete with any 5 star Melbourne restaurant. Would of been a 5 but kids meal was too small. However top shelf 5 star food plus 5 star service! Well done.

Best pizza in Ballarat. (I haven’t tried any of the others yet but how could they be better than this?)

Great authentic Italian cuisine, highly recommend the Taste of Italy banquet option which gives you a range of different yet equally delicious dishes. Excellent service from the staff as well. Will be returning soon!

The Most amazing Hand Made Pasta & Fresh Food, They deliver everytime, Carbonis Next door is an Italian Deli with fresh Meats, Bread, Cheeses, Fresh Pasta Deli, sauces & Alcohol with amazing Coffee!

Great service, quick, efficient and friendly. The Margherita pizza was great.base light and crispy, but not as chewy as I would expect. The pizzas are worth it for travelling out of your way. The Fettuccine Marinara was overwhelmed with pasta (which unfortunately stuck together) and included only 2-3 seafood variety. Disappointed with this. The four cheese pasta was nice and rich, but could benefit from more favouring. Overall, a goodish experience.

Best Italian in Ballarat! Can't recommend Carbonis enough, amazing food at a good price and decent serving sizes. We have never left unhappy! This is our go to place for family dinners and special occasions

Very disappointed with tonight's birthday meal. Zucca - mozzarella cheese non existent, pumpkin 4 pieces, herb pesto non existent, goats cheese non existent, prawns 4 @$1.00 each, roasted and pinenuts non existent. Schiacciata smothered in salt. We try to support our locals in this time but will never either purchase takeaway or dine in again. M&G

The worst pizza in Ballarat. We ordered two gluten free pizzas and the bases were like under-baked bread. The prosciutto was bad. No response to our efforts to contact them about the pizzas, which went straight in the bin.

This was an amazing meal, this is how much we ate before we remembered to take a photo.
Had two fussy pizza eaters who believe that only Melbourne have the best pizza, you have changed their minds.

Wow! The service from the staff was amazing, a great environment and the food was beautiful.
We decided to do the "Taste of Italy" between two of us and this is the food we got! It was plenty of food for us both and we had to take some of it home with us.
I was looking forward to a dessert and it was a little hard to keep track of what was consider 1 plate but still amazingly happy with what we got

Absolutely delicious! Authentic Italian food. Staff were incredibly friendly and competent. The gnocchi with mushrooms, black truffle and pork sausage was one of the best that I had in my life. We order a kids pizza and was also delicious as the Vesuvio pizza. Highly recommended. It's a must go in Ballarat.

Food was nice but main was only Luke warm (Pumpkin Ravioli) had to use my phone torch to read menu (light globe above our table was blown and not replaced) Dessert overpriced for what I got, Panna Cotta drowning in Berry Juice. Na wont be returning.

Authentic Italian food & fantastic service. Loved the woodfire pizza. Antipasto and variety of pastas all divine. Must save room for their Sicilian Cannoli, my favourite yum!
