Dr Ben is absolutely amazing. He is very knowledgeable and is the best in dermal filler procedures. He is so experienced and treatments are priced reasonably. Can't recommend him enough!

Doctor didn't listen to my situation, just gave me a textbook response and prescription, and wants me to book (and pay) again for something that could have been sorted out in one consultation.

Terrible doctors. Dodgey business ethics.
No new patient forms so that the Doctors can stretch their appointments out, asking you routine medical history questions in the consultation, so they can keep you in the room long enough to charge you for the "Long" consultation fee.
Dr. Izon is arrogant, unprofessional, rude and unhelpful.
Definitely not returning.

Unprofessional and they lack sympathy, why work at a family medical center if you don’t have patience or kindness. Doctor is fine but the receptionists are not.

Greeted with a smile but the rating isn’t just about the customer service. Dr. Izon and the team were brilliant at helping me with sensitive issues I needed to discuss while providing a relaxed environment to do so. Will always come back

Great Doctor, its always a pleasure to see Dr Luis Prado. He is switched on, supportive, well educated, and is an example of what a great doctor is. Thanks Dr Luis, your the best.

On holidays not to return to this Dr. Went in for an allergy related illness. Before I was asked what was wrong I had to disclose my whole families & myself full medical history in depth and was charged for a long consultation! This may be standard practice for new patients.not what I went in for! Felt it was unnecessary for hay fever.

I travel lot from Sydney and my home and this is the best practice. Very helpful understanding staff

Not worth the fees, found the staff to be arrogant and felt like they try to over-diagnose for return visits. On one instance I had to go back a second time to get the required antibiotics when I was sick enough the first time and had to take twice as much time from work. Would not recommend.

This is my local medical centre, today I made my first appointment, it was easy to get an appointment, the centre itself was very clean, the waiting room was tidy, had a tv, charging ports, tissues, hand santiser, magazines (what else do you want? !).
The lady doctor was very nice and receptionist too. Would highly recommend.

Dr David Izon is very rude, cancerous. On a personal level, he does not know how to behave or talk with patients. Knowing English is not enough, his professional behaviour is inappropriate. Should switch his job if the role doesn't fit right.

Dr izon was brilliant, have been to plenty of doctors around the CBD who want you in and out as quick as possible, Dr Izon actually took the time to understand the issues and work towards a solution. Highly recommended service from personable and professional staff, receptionist was lovely to deal with and will continue to use services

Excellent medical practice with very experienced friendly Doctors and the free coffee and wifi is a nice bonus!

Dr David Izon, Michelle and Anna were all extremely professional and amazing in getting me through a tough eye infection. Couldn't rate them highly enough!

My god team.please turn down the heating! As an ill patient the last thing i need is to wait in thermonuclear type heat as well!

In any case, do not see Dr Pietas. She might be experienced but she does not have social or patience/doctor skills.she is just appalling with a rude attitude. See Dr. David Izon.he is better by far. The overall service is amazing accept Dr Pietas.
