Capstone Medical Southbank

I had a 10am appointment this morning for an AZ vaccination. Arrived 10 minutes before appointment only to be met with confusion. I was told the doctors and nurses aren't in until 11am and that the earliest appointment is at 11.15am. I was told that they contacted me to let me know but the only communication I received was a text message yesterday confirming the 10am appointment which I showed them. They apologised and I took the 11.15am appointment and hung around Southbank for an hour only to be called by Capstone at 10.45am to tell me the doctors and nurses are running late and won't be in until 11.45am. I cancelled the appointment at this point. I won't be going back as they seem to treat their patients with contempt and assume they'll hang around all day waiting for the doctors to turn up. Avoid.

What an amazing surgery, Dr Edmund was such an amazing help, he is so friendly and went above and beyond to help me out with my issue, I 100% recommend if you want to be taken care of properly

This clinic had been alright before its mode of operation switched to mixed billing. Now, it's mixed billing in fee, but clearly still bulk-billing in service quality. I hope the quality of service catches up.

Absolute disgrace. Misleading and deceptive "bulk bill" advertisements - wasn't bulk bill. 40 minute wait time too. Will never come back

Gave me a call 20 mins late for my phone appointment to tell me to pay $40 for what was supposed to be bulk billing appointment. Said pay or no appointment

While the team and Dr Ben are great. I find it concerning that I’ve always had to wait over 20 mins after my scheduled appointment time to see him. More can definitely be done to manage appointment times, perhaps space them out to give him more time with consultations and calling others to inform that there is a delay would be ideal.

I went to see Dr S and he suggested I pray or go to church to fix symptoms I had listed; what a joke.

I had really good first experience with Dr Ben doing my fillers, feel normal and no bruises thank you so much for the first experience Highly recommended

Dr Ben Mansoori is amazing. He always thinks ahead and thinks of me being healthy unlike other bulk billing clinics that are trying to get you out as fast as possible.

His credentials are too good and he would always give you more time if you feel there is an issue. Would always provide with info about any medical term you won’t know via email and in that moment.

Always on time, listens to what you have to say and discusses your options they make sure you understand the decisions and treatment options and thorough. The new team are great

Took a friend there. Receptionist had no clue about recording patient's information.

Consultation with Doctor was brief. We requested for the medical certificate which they never supplied. My friend had to call back for it but was told another phone consultation is needed which would cost another $80.

He had to call them numerous times during the last 6 weeks to talk to the doctor who was supposed to call him back with the test results and still havent heard from him.

Dr Ben Mansouri is the most professional and caring doctor I have consulted, he is accommodating always spends adequate time to address all my inquiries, unlike many other GP based in City. Cannot recommend him enough!

Dr. Benyamin was so professional. He has a great personality & very thorough with diagnosing and He was explaining to me what was going on and was caring to my needs with very high standards & quality service. I felt I was in good hands. Highly recommend!
