Booked a last minute appointment when travelling to Melbourne. I saw Dr Mosa who was very professional and informative and answered all my questions. Thank you! The appointment price was $91.4 but I got $41.4 back from Medicare rebate.

I'm not going to share my identity on here. But this clinic needs to change their approch on pricing. I've been going to this clinic for more than a year and the doctors have been nice but I mainly stayed for the convenience of the clinics location and the fact there I can easily get a blood test there without going to a second location. When I first joined the clinic, my concession card was taken in to account and I was bulk billed the first time. Then all of a sudden I was charged $90 with a $40 medicare rebate without being informed until after my doctors appointment. I was fine with that because I know of the financial issues surrounding bulk billing so I swallowed it but for $40 an appointment I should NOT be rushed out the door in less than 5 minutes. The final straw was today when I called your reception yesterday informing them I needed a form filled out and they organised a long consultation and informed me that I would be paying $50, I consented to that. I went in today and the form was filled, the doctor organised a vision test and an ecg scan to cover any heart issues considering my symptoms and everything was fine. I was in the clinic for roughly 20-30 minutes. I was not informed of any extra charges by the doctor or nurse when these tests were being done. I went to the desk and waited to pay $50 for a long consultation. I instead was told that I would be paying a private charge of $150. I asked if this could be rebated by medicare or billed with concession and they said filling out the form took longer than expected thus they believed that justified the charge. I have a disability that prevents me from working, so I'm barely scraping by. My disability also relies on others to explain their services properly and to inform me of any extra charges before proceeding with the services. I'm extremely angry and the lack of notification and lack of consistency in explaining pricing before proceeding with procedures and not informing me of the cost until AFTER the procedure is at best dishonest and at worst, a scam. Thanks to this dishonesty and lack of precautions, I have lost money that should be going to my utility bills and food. If you are in any way shape or form financially struggling, do not go here.

I had a visitation with Dr Mosa and I was very happy with his management and manners. Also the receptions were very nice and understanding.

I recently visited the Capstone Medical Center for a check-up. I was very impressed with the level of care I received. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the doctor Ben Mansoori was very knowledgeable and thorough.

I was particularly impressed with the way the doctor listened to my concerns and took the time to answer all of my questions. He also made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment.

Whilst visiting Melbourne from Adelaide my 8 year old son went into anaphylactic shock after being exposed to nuts mistakenly. Whilst we have all the correct medicine on hand panic set in and we raced him into Capstone Medical Centre which was directly opposite where we were staying. The staff were fabulous and took him into their care immediately without hesitation or taking details etc. They provided him with the urgent care he needed and allowed us to stay until we were comfortable taking him home again. Dr Hadi Jeirodi was wonderful and did a fabulous job of taking care of both my son and us as shaken and nervous parents experiencing this for the first time. We are forever thankful for the quick action and care provided:)

I walked in for an emergency (need to get stitches) and from the first minute to the end the all staff was very comprehensive and professional. It's not the place that we like to go to but definitely I would go back again.

Natasha the pathologist is so amazing at her job! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed as i had a really stressful morning somewhere else. She found my hard to find deep veins so effortlessly with no pain. She was super friendly and funny. Such a kind soul that deserves so much recognition! I will be recommending her and coming to her if i need bloods done from now on. Please send her the kit's for seperating plasma that she's been asking for! Then i would have no reason i can't come to her. Thanks again Natasha!

We were considering a treatment at Capstone and rang to discuss treatment availability and cost associated prior to consult, the receptionist called back and insisted to come in for a consult, told me to stop talking as she hadn't finished what she was saying and wouldn't disclose costs which were relayed on the website. We have decided to go interstate and have the treatment performed there due to that interaction. Very disappointing customer service received.

Both my kids (C. Y, A. Y) saw Dr Mansoori on 18/03 (Sat) cause our usual GP was fully booked.one of them was given a script for amoxycillin if has fever after 48 hours.
Went to chemist on Sunday, the script was wrongly written as capsules for a 3yo, and chemist unable to verify with doctor on Sunday. Couldnt get the meds and ended up went to emergency.
Very frustrated.and the reception did not help with medicare claim.

Very conveniently located close to tram stop and awesome service. The centre has awesome doctors like Dr Mansoori, Dr Prado.

A must-have service that opens on weekends, when let’s face it, everything happens on a weekend when no-one is usually open! Receptionist is a “find”. Intuitive, efficient and friendly.

Disappointing the sign-up web-form doesn't permit foreign postcodes or contact phone numbers and the organisation doesn't use secure WhatsApp.

However reception staff were lovely, professional and interested in clients.

Wall art was of note.

Dr Hadi Jeiroodi was great: thoroughly professional and gave considered, professional advice.

The Chemists Warehouse didn't have some common vaccines. They were no better than a smaller pharmacy.

A good experience. I hope not to die of some nasty disease while delivering development aid to Africa.

I shall now go and wash my hands!

Great place delivering a quality service

I recieve the vest of care. I have complex issues and I'm very satisfied with all the staff performance, plus they are caring and compassionate. Great facilities, state of the art diagnostic tools.
Dr Mansouri is very efficient.
Highly recommend.

The doctor that I saw here seems friendly and thorough. The specialist in pathology was fantastic.

I have always been made to wait for an appointment with Dr. Benyamin Mansoori. Also, been charged for long consult $95 for a standard appointment today at 5 pm lasted 7-8 mins at max.
I was told by the receptionist that a standard consult's about 10-15 mins. One I was made to wait 20 mins for my appointment and then was overcharged for the last 2-3 sessions.
