It would also be nice if they managed to get your name right. Lack of attention to detail is not what we need in a medical clinic when our health and well-being is at steak ‍️

I attended this clinic on the 21/12 as my usual clinic was booked until next week at the earliest. I saw one of the doctors and was told by him that one of the medications I take’s dosage did not exists multiple times, even when I was telling him that I have been taking it for over a year. One upsetting aspect was that I was discussing medication with him and he chose one of the ones my previous psychiatrist had recommended without discussing the price of it like most doctors I’ve had in the past have done. I have ended up paying over $60 for one medication, had I have known the price I probably would have asked for an alternative as paying $60+ for one medication every month is not practical for a student to pay. Very disappointing

Dr Ha is great! He really listens to what the problem is and offers solutions, not just a diagnosis which makes a difference when you've been struggling with pain.

I went to this clinic for the first time today and was met with a lovely front of staff who were very friendly and courteous. Bonus points for being so sweet to my kids!

I was seen right away by Dr. Farnoush and I thought I would leave with a quick referral for what I thought I needed done elsewhere and was pleasantly surprised when she was able provide a solution right away. I was introduced to Dr. Hadi the same day and got something removed that was affecting my confidence for a while. I felt heard, taken care of and as a mom of two young kids it was invaluable to be treated with so much patience and care.

I also thought I would mention that my sister was suffering alone from covid symptoms a few months ago and thanks to her telehealth appointment with Dr. Farnoush she received immediate relief and on going support.

Lovely Receptionists & fantastic professional Dr's at Capstone Medical Center. Dr Ben is one of the best doctors I've ever seen and has helped me alot with his extensive knowledge and sound medical advice. Best medical center in Melbourne.

I have telehealth for prescription I have waited 4 hours. I was so sick I have to call them again and again to send me through my medicines.receptionists was so unprofessional when I called her she said we are very busy. Is it fare? After receiving medicine I started having it and on the back side of it is written please check with your doc if you nursing. I emailed her again. Never received any response.

I visited the clinic along with my parents today, our appointment was with Dr Ben, very professional and efficient and informative! The receptionists were really warm and welcoming, not something you can see everywhere, fast and easy specially if you fill out form online before arriving. Thanks.

Caring and understanding with solid service practices and clean healthy with bulk billing available. Dr Ben Mansoori is a wonderful kind expert in skin cancer and dermatology. Great location too.

If you like getting spoken over, rushed out the door and charged over $100 to be given 5-10 minutes of inattentiveness and being told you need prescriptions they forget to give you.this is your place

Excellent medical centre providing prompt, efficient and high quality medical consultations and treatment.

Worst clinic I’ve been too. 30 minute - 1 and a half hour waits to be seen, even when I call to make sure it’s worth me coming in on time it’s beyond an acceptable wait. I have severe asthma and they refuse to give me a mask exemption which is discriminatory. Miscommunications from reception and doctors, forgetting to write notes as to who I’ve seen. Rude staff, I’d recommend never coming here with serious health issues.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Dr Hadi was very patient and understanding. He explained in detail to me.

Found this clinic from VIC government website Vaccine Clinic Finder and made an appointment for booster dose. However being told by the receptionist that the clinic does not provide vaccine for non-medicare card holder, which was clearly contradict to the information given on the government website. Please don't waste people's time by giving false information.

Quick and painless booster shot, friendly staff and process. Plenty of paid parking out the front.

I booked and attended for a vaccination, and the reception staff and nurse were friendly and efficient.

Just moved from Sydney and luckily found a very lovely Doctor in South bank understanding, communicative and honest.

I went for my Covic vaccinations and also the booster at the Capstone Medical Centre with my wife, the front staff are very friendly and their services are knowledgeable and professionals. The Vaccine nurse is very good and friendly hardly feel the vaccine injection pain. Overall their services are very good, will not hesitate to recommend family members and friends.

I found Dr Ng short, and sharp, almost rude and agitated by the Telehealth call. Zero empathy for me as a patient, particularly as I was a new patient.
