Ridiculously long wait times.
I have been going here for 3 years but it’s downright disrespectful to have patients wait an HOUR for their appointment with no explanation or apology.
Since it happens again & again I am not returning

Dr Lesley Hoy is an outstandingly good GP; she listens and is supportive and makes you feel comfortable. It's easy to make appointments and the rooms are easy to get to. Highly recommend CJMC.

Dr. Greg Saville is my doctor at this clinic. Down to earth, good educator and good relatioship. Easy to discuss health matters with.

Melbourne pathology here is really good. The nurses take a lot of care and you don’t feel a thing with the needles. Best for any blood test that you need.

Wonderful staff. High praise to Dr Nicolette Scheppers for seeing me as a new patient (who was unlikely to return as I live 300kms away) and treating me with diligence and care. Because of her quick intervention serious health issues were averted

My first experience to the clinic was quite pleasant. The reception staff were lovely even though they were under the pump as it's quite a busy clinic. I saw Dr Les Jenshel and he was really nice! Very thorough and explained everything really well so that I could understand. I'll definitely be coming back here.

Amazing service by staff. I’ve seen a few different doctors at this practice and all have been amazing. So caring and knowledgeable. I bring my whole family here now.

We see Dr Barbara Iakovidis whenever we can; however, every Doctor we’ve seen at the clinic have been caring and thorough. Highly recommend.

Always go here from my medical problems or illnesses. Reception has improved but can still be a problem for clients and the doctors are well trained and experienced. Conveniently placed near a pharmacy making it super easy to acquire medicine right after leaving the Medical Clinic. A First choice for me and should be for those who live close by

I am a regular patient of the dentist Dr Priya Lal at CJMC and must say she is exceptional! She is very professional, caring, gentle, thorough and very communicative. I would not see anyone else.

Very supportive. Easy to get appointments online. Clinic nurse great at doing travel immunisations I needed. At times appointments are running 10-15 min late but I find that in most GPs and the newly renovated foyer and helpful staff make the wait easy.

We are new to the area and so had to find a good local doctor for my son. We saw Dr Greg - and he was really lovely, and the nurses were good as well with my son. I will definitely come back again. Thank you.

Extremely unprofessional: We have to go back here for the 3rd time now as the last 2 people/places we were referred to no longer exist. I am scared to think about what would happen if this problem was life threatening

AVOID! Staff are so rude. Every time, 4 times, I went there they had not booked my appointment correctly. I mentioned this to the Practice manager and nothing was done about it. I also mentioned I had quite the fear of getting my blood taken, mentioned this 3 times to the GP. During the blood test the tech laid the 3 viles on my lap I asked to have then put on the table as I was feeling ill, mentioned again I cant stand the sight of my own blood. She didn't remove the viles, she in fact asked me to hold my hand out - which I did then placed the viles of my blood in my hand as asked for me to check the spelling of my name on the vile labels - I had to quickly leave and vomit. Then the clinic called at 9pm that night to get my credit card details and were so rude as when I asked if he thought this was an appropriate time to call as Its 9pm and I didn't know the number. He was so rude i just had to hang up.

Both girls behind the counter would NOT let my 16 week pregnant partner use their bathroom after she literally begged and showed them her showing belly. She was busting so bad, she was in pain! They said the bathroom is for paying clients only. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
Is it even legal to reject a pregnant women from using your public bathroom?
I've never been a client there and never will. If this is how they treat pregnant women I'd hate to think how they treat others.

I have been attending CJMC for well over 10 years and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great family Doctor. There is also Pathology and Dentist on site. And opening hours are great for after work and weekends.

Paid above regular rates upfront to wait 25 minutes before the patients before us were called in. This would've been at least 45 minutes of waiting. This sort of service is unacceptable. Give this place a miss.

I gladly pay the $80 to see my dr at Camberwell Junction Medical Clinic. They even process my medicare rebate straight back onto my card. Its so good being able to book online to see my doctor and having pathology onsite helps immensely. Its a big clinic but every time i have been there i have had a very personal experience.

Easy access to the clinic, with trams and trains nearby. Always clean even when I have been there late at night. It is handy having them open so late and on weekends too, takes the pressure off when I work full time during the week. I have never had a problem seeing the doctor that I want, and have had the nurses go above and beyond when I cut my hand. The front desk seems busy but they have always been super nice and professional towards me.
