I chose this clinic because of its proximity to my workplace, and have been going there for a couple of years now. Excellent clinic, I see Dr Harris and I cannot recommend her highly enough for her professionalism, time and empathy.

Dr Les Jenshal is an absolute legend. Very thorough as always and very friendly. Thank you very much for your care. Les went above and beyond for me, showing that his dedication and duty of care is of utmost importance. Thank you Les!

Fantastic care and support. Amazed at how things were running to time, despite how busy the Clinic was. My doctor and nurse were very caring. Was in for Pfizer jab number 1 and very impressed with the service.

I’ve been coming here for 15 years. A great group of doctors. Dr Barbara Iokovidis is fantastic but if she’s not available I see many others. I also take my 3 kids. Many other services onsite too.

Really simple, efficient and friendly. Well done team for helping the country get vaccinated. Too easy.

Rang and made a booking for the vaccine followed up the next day to confirm the booking and got told I didn't have a booking very unprofessional if they cant make an appointment

Our family have seen many doctors at this clinic and we have always had exceptionally good health care experiences. Dr Harris is great with teenagers and has a very holistic and kind way of treating patients. Dr Hince has a lovely manner and gives clear advice. Dr Iakovidis is fantastic with younger kids. I highly recommend this clinic.

We use Greg Saville and he is hands down the best GP we have ever come across. Even though we’ve moved to the other side of Melbourne, we still come to see Greg for our whole family.

Just received 2nd shot of AZ at CJMC. Excellent experience with a Doctor (Dr Greg Saville) I hadn't met before. Could not have been nicer nor more informative and pleasant. Outstanding A1 service!

The doctor is nice and professional. But it is out of my expectation that the appointment is not bulk bill for kid. Our visit was at normal business time but not any popular time (eg.before or after school time).

I attended this clinic today for the first time for a COVID vaccination. The two nurses who attended to me were excellent ; friendly, reassuring for an 80 year old, and explained everything explicitly. All went well, and I was very happy.
But, the reception! What rude, ill-mannered, uncaring, women they are! Do they have to undertake special training on how to be rude to patients? Folk in my neighbourhood have mentioned the rudeness of the staff, but today I witnessed it first hand.

The receptionists are always super helpful, particularly recently during Covid when things have been busier. Clean modern clinic convenient to transport.

Had to wait for an hour with my 5 year old who was extremely tired after returning from school. Staff seemed to be rude, upon asking they just said to have a seat. Didnt like the service.

Dr Karen Tong was efficient and clearly knows what she is doing. Promptly resolved my presenting concerns and referred me for further tests with minimal fuss. Dr Les Jenshel is empathetic and a great listener. I could barely speak as I had lost my voice- yet he somehow knew what questions and concerns I had, and addressed them all. Thank you Doctors.

I've recently moved to the area and needed to find a new GP for myself and my young daughter. The Ladies at Reception are all so lovely, professional and helpful and managed to build an excellent rapport with me after only seeing me a handful of times. Dr Barbara Iakovidis and Dr Stacey Harris are some of the most caring and invested GP's I've ever seen. I have recommended this practice to all of my friends and family!:)

Just had a lovely experience here. The receptionists were so busy with COVID vaccinations but still were friendly and helpful. It's great to go somewhere with good service. I will be coming back here again!

If I could give zero stars I would

I asked for a routine medication to be prescribed (for an iron infusion) and she refused to prescribe the medicine. Her reason was because ‘if something goes wrong, it would be my fault’. How is this patient-centred care? At no stage did she explain the benefits or the risks to me, or even ask me why I would prefer the infusion over the iron supplements I need to take. To top it off, when I asked her to explain her decision, she hung up the phone and stated that ‘this conversation is over’. I would have been completely happy for her to steer me away from an infusion if only she could have explained why. Very paternalistic approach with no compassion or regard for the patient. Extremely disappointing.

Today is saturday, our apointment was at 16: 50. Now it is 17: 40 and we are still waiting. Why? Very simple answer: greed!

Needs to be more attentive to patients. Poor service.

I got charged $150 for a test I never asked for. Could not do anything about it because test has already been done and now that’s $150 of my savings gone.
