I have always had the best of treatment. And thorough examinations.
Any possible issues and off to see a Specialist.
The online experience is simple enough even this Luddite can use it.
And a big shout out to the face of the clinic, those on reception
Dealing face to face with members of the public can’t be easy considering all the dramas I imagine you good people face daily.

Dr Tong has so much knowledge and compassion. Always takes things seriously and always helpful when I attend. Fantastic care from Dr Tong, which is why I’ve been going to her for years.

Dr Julie Doswell is the most amazing doctor. Our family has been seeing her for over 20 years.
A doctor who listens, has empathy and importantly a sense of humour.

I pre-booked an appointment via their app but was really disappointed to wait an hour to be seen by the doctor. There is also a gap payment of about $54 which is steep for a 5 min consultation.

Really one of the best experiences I've had a clinic for a long time. Everyone just went above and beyond, and Dr. Les Jenshel was so helpful, kind and very understanding.

Guys, "It ain't weak to speak" so if you're looking for a fantastic, easy to talk to and caring doctor I can't recommend Dr Stacey Harris enough.

As a visitor I was very impressed with your service. Rang after lunch, appointment 5pm, all done with prescription by 5.45. Everyone very friendly. Thank you

The Doctor was patient and kind, he listened to me and gave me explanations and options including options of using natural medicines which I thoroughly appreciate. He did not hurry me, I felt I had time to talk I was not just another cow to be milked.

Dr Barbara has a very personable and thorough approach in looking after her patients. My kids adored her!

I’ve been seeing Dr Karen Tong for several years and she is always very kind, informative and helpful. Would highly recommend.

I have been a patient of this clinic for more than 15 years now. The doctors were fantastic to my partner who had a rare terminal illness causing progressive disability. They have also been great to me.someone who has ongoing health issues including mental illness. They are so good I stay with them even though I don’t really live nearby at all. Dr Stacey Harris treats me with compassion and understanding, I cannot praise her enough. Dr Jenshel and Dr Hince have also been fantastic- as have all the other doctors I’ve had to occasionally see. Great that there are extended hours. The only let down is the fees but I feel they are worth it. I know not everyone is in a position to pay $40 or so out of pocket, but I find it an investment in my well-being.

Been visiting this medical clinic for a few years now and have experienced nothing but friendly and professional service from the front desk to the medical staff.

I can not speak highly enough of Dr Hince. On time for appointments. Straight to the point re issues raised. Goes further than basic appointment. On a regular visit he noticed and removed a spot on my skin which turned out to be a melanoma. He gives you informed options to any issue you may have. A fantastic doctor.

Visit was a follow up on two existing issues, treatment was discussion on specialist visit for one issue, the other was a review.

Avoid Dr Lesley Hoy

As a family, we have used this clinic many times and have had many great experiences. They generally have great doctors, but Dr Lesley Hoy is not one of them.

She is very rude in her delivery and has zero empathy with the patient. She even refused to provide a service that I was entitled to. If I had seen other reviews on here, I would have avoided going to see her. There is a reason why she has last minute availability whereas other Doctors at this clinic do not.

I been seeing Dr. Hoy for few years now and she is fantastic! To the point, clear and precise. She understand female issues like no other doctor.
The Pathology section however needs improvement; understand there is staff shortage but the ladies working there (which they are nice) they could move a little faster, seems like no sense or urgency and quiet slow.
