Bunnings Springvale

Apparently Online order pickup is from special order desk and it's kept unattended. The gentleman, Richard, who was helping other customer with lengthy discussion can't do anything because the other lady who was supposed to be there wasn't there. He doesn't have any way to call her and he won't do anything. Avoid having Online order from here.

The staff at this Bunnings are fantastic, they are by far the best I have encountered. They are all so friendly and knowledgeable and really make you feel welcome in the store. As for the store itself, I find that it has everything and is really well laid out. I could go to a Bunnings much closer to my home however I keep going back to the Springvale store primarily because everyone is so friendly.

Got nearly 50 different big things at once.then just grab a drill bit in Toolshop.i said i got a lot of thing and just good to pay at another counter but the girl just try to stop me and tell me to pay at Toolshop.then i pull out my trolley and know that she will be surprised.bad luck girl.another 5 people just line up and wait to pay there stuff what from Toolshop.poor experience.

The staff seemed happy to help, and, as usual, I was greeted warmly as I wandered about. The product I was after wasn't known, but we were able to locate something similar. Thumbs up to the ever suffering crew!

Very poor stock levels and every time I go in the self checkouts are closed and only one manned checkout open. When I asked the staff about it I was told they only close them when someone is on a break - load of rubbish, there's heaps of other staff just standing around talking amongst themselves while the queue of disgruntled customers gets longer.

What a fantastic experience at this Bunnings. Walking past every staff member they all made a fantastic effort to engage with their customers with a good morning or hello and asked whether I needed any assistance. Such an excellent Customer Service experience, A+.

One of the BIG warehouses that stocks just about everything that Bunnings has on offer. The service team is pleasant, courteous and helpful. Plenty of parking with access from Centre Road as well as Dandenong Road.

It's a Bunnings. What more can you say? Staff have always been friendly. Seemore to have most things.

One of the better Bunning's in the South eastern suburbs. Isles feel a little wider. Easy parking as always. Don't forget weekends have sausage sizzle with. You if you're starving and thirsty you need about a fiver and you shouldn't starve to death.

I know it's a first world issue but it is an indictment of Australian retailing when a business does as well as Bunnings - one checkout open, self service station shut and calls for help from the sole active operator apparently ignored. All this while a group of three team members gathered around a mobile workstation were discussing their own purchases.

Good store for renovations need and definitely good for trade people and businesses such as Smart Shutters

I want to sincerely thank the two David's that helped me out on Wednesday morning. I can not repay them for the help they gave me. I have struggled with a company getting something fixed.recently losing my husband I am now stuck asking others for advice. One David in particular was kind.helpful and fixed my problem. Thank you Bunnings. I will not be going any where else from now on.
