Bunnings Springvale

I was in the shop this morning before going to work. I tried to purchase a box fan but the stock were high up on the shelves so I couldn't reach. Then I asked a staff who was working nearby to help, she told me that she's on her break so she couldn't help me, instead she suggested me to go to register to get help from someone. I had to went to the register to ask the cashier to help me. Luckily, this kind lady paged someone for me to get the stock down. I was 10 minutes late arrived at work. I am a regular customer to bunnings and their service been great for most of the time. But I think the staff need to be flexible, if they were on their break and don't or can't serve customers, better not on the floor.

I was totally clueless when choosing paint today and was lucky to have kynan to help me.lovely young man who was knowledgeable and patient!

Came in the other day into the store the other day and needed some assistance with a few things and thank God, Daniel who I believe is one of the tools expert, was able to help me. Not the first time I've come into the store needing help and I just so happen to bump into this legend again. This man has a wide breadth of knowledge and has always been able to point me in the right direction. He has consistantly directed me in the right steps with required tools, timber and more, and none have failed to satisfy my needs. Always look forward to coming into the store! Man always has a smile on his face and positive can-do attitude. Highly recommend if you bump into him and have any questions, especially about tools, he's the man. Good sales man and must be a very valuable team member to the store! Thank you Daniel and Springvale Bunnings!

Was correctly directed to the click and collect counter, but had to wait 10 mins till having someone to retrieve my order. There were many employees who passed through the area, all of which said click and collect wasn't their area/responsibility until someone from the returns desk eventually said she could help me.

My husband and I had the most simple and wonderful experience with Dana at the kitchen special order section. Dana spent lots of time answering all our complicated questions and making sure we had all our dream pieces for a great price. We couldn’t help but keep spending more.

Amazing service by Talia, she made my day, came up and asked me if I needed help, usually I’ll be chasing the staff to get someone to help me, she guided me to the right isle and to the exact location all that without checking on her device.

Bunnings are full of helpful & knowledgeable staff.

Came in to get a rug i had seen advertised online, couldnt find it in the pile so sought out a staff member for help. Two lovely girls Tanika and Lily went out of their way to help me, opening a box on the bottom of the pile so I could get one of the last two rugs available in the surrounding stores. So thankful for their help and they were so overwhelmingly friendly too!

There's nothing like a bunnings store where you can choose a special gift for someone or just tinker at your convenience

Been a regular customer to bunnings, the recent experience were shocking! The store manger Ryan managed poorly so does the floor staff, I would quote the staff words" I don't care. " Ryan says " get out of here, this is my store, do not come back! " very poor customer service, I won't want to give one star if I have a choice. My experience do make me feel they don't care and they don't want customer, but really, without customers, you guys will be out of business, out of JOB!

One of the worst place to go.
Staff are unfriendly. Most don't know where to guide you if you ask for a specific item.bad check out. Rude security at entrance. Demand you show your recipe.not the best place to shop.

Typical Bunnings, large carpark, Garden and trade centre. Only real difference between this store and most generic Bunnings layouts is that toilets, instead of being at the back of the store opposite the main entrance, are to the Right Hand Side of the main entrance, side wall. Toilets were suprisingly clean and well maintained. Rest of the layout was standard Bunnings and I could find all the bits and bobs I needed from 5 different sections quickly and easily. Staff were quite busy and I had to wait twice for a few minutes to get assistance with a few items. But staff I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything I needed was in stock and as usual, competitively priced.

Not enough cashier, waited for more than 10 minuntes in the quote to pay. Don't know why those self checkout machines are closed.

Went early so no queues during these times of Covid restrictions. We were able to purchase the products we required. Very friendly staff.

Worst bunnings I’ve been to. Waited almost an hr for my click & collect. No one was answering the phone for 20mins. Chaotic, poor communication between staff which caused unnecessary delays. Poor location, busy traffic so difficult and delays getting in and out.

I've been coming to this hardware store for a long time. Now they just discriminate against me in regard to my medical decision. Even though I've been vaccinated I don't feel comfortable sharing my private medical details with strangers.

I've been here a few times. Initially for a click and collect during the lockdown and then a store visit.

The collection in the store is amazing (needless to specify).

You might feel a bit lost if you don't rely on the signings within the store. However if you make an effort to seek assistance you won't be disappointed.
