Bunnings Springvale

Awesome staff, helped us a bunch. Forgot to get keys cut and did it as we checked out and it took literally less than two minutes!

Nice store, nice staff. Easy to locate and access along with ample parking. Especially like the garden department. Good range and plants always look well kept.
Also not bad for a bargain.

I was unable to purchase the required hardware as they were not available, nuts and bolts section was a real mess NEEDS URGENT ATTENTION not happy as l has to go to another store, wasted time again

The old lady at the tool shop was just hopeless. Asked for directions, she just pointed there. She didn’t even know where the product is until I asked her the second time, she then asked her colleague who then showed me the product behind the counter.hate coming to this store.

Friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked in all departments and plenty of parking with a sausage sizzle most week ends.ask for the fried onions on the top of your magnificent grilled sausage.and don’t forget the sauce!

Atrocious! I loaded $2500 worth of timber onto my ute and then went to get a few other timber lengths cut so as to fit on racks, was told the guy was on lunch and didn’t know when he’d be back!? He didn’t care and in the end I had to unload the timber and leave. 1 guy working in timber, WTF! Seriously I will never ever, ever go there again. I can see why then went broke in the UK where there was a little bit of competition!

All you'd expect from a Bunnings. Lots of parking and staff are great, and don't forget to grab an iconic hotel Bunnings snag!

Racist staff (a caucasian man) at the plumping section. He just ignored me twice when i asked him for help. Again i went to him and asked him politely where the pipe connector was located. He handed me a pipe connector and said this is the cheapest one; implying that i am cheap. I had not asked him for cheap one. This experience really disturbed me.i will never go there again.

Bunnings are best place to shop but Bunnings Springvale are worst for services need more stuff or qualified there to assist!

The staff have very good knowledge of where things are which is very hard in a store that has thousands and thousands of things well done Bunnings

There was a lady called “ PETULA’ who mostly work in special order desk, she is so rude and delivering ugly customer service, I think she was a butcher before, as she use her personal phone please don’t disturb her guys, dear customers find a different staff members they are good except Petula.itz massive place good location, plenty of parking spot

This is a handy man paradise. Everything you need for your house project is at one place. Just a bit disappointed with their service. Hard to find someone for assistance.

A Great Store - Great Location - heaps of parking space even for the Fire Engine which sometimes is required to pick up large items! The skinny latte coffee is not bad either!

So when you enter the store, the very first person you meet is a RACIST lady with around 40 years old, small height and so rude with no smile
On her face. I asked lady about something and I could see her ugly fave with a racist taunt.

Decent Bunnings, has most things however it can be quite hard to get a hold of someone to help you in a specific area.

Arrived at about 5pm. They were winding down 4 the day. I wanted a couple of punnets of seedlings & seeds. The sales staff were clustered around the register. I had 2 look 4 them 2 get a pricing. The seedlings on the trilley had no pricing & a pot of fushia inside had no pricing. There was no one aoproachable for advice. Parking was easily available. Access 2 the building was wheelchair friendly.

Refused to swap an expensive item purchased the day before that that an obviously faulty part.
Had 5 staff "help".
Offered to swap the one part with one from another box but we couldn't have the other item?

Very helpful Staff but they did not have stocked the item I had looked for online (Beeswax Block) Crystal, in particular did everything- even confirming what I had found online.
