Had everything you may need for home or trade
Clean store helpful staff and polite for a change some Bunnings stores have staff who aren’t polite so a welcome change
Lots of parking but a bit difficult to get into

I wanted to buy cold water pipe inlet for washing machine.
Spoke to a few staff to help me out.
But either they were too busy.
Had to struggle to find one.
Very helpful but took them about 10 minutes before they came to the drive and collect after I rang the number. Online system great but in-store needs more organisation of the drive and collect team so people aren’t waiting for so long
Very disappointing! I went there try to book a delivery. There are some big materials on my list. But the lady at trade desk told me I have to bring all the staff to her, then she can process the order. It's a delivery for next day, what's the point to bring blueboard, plaster and timbers to her? ! I've order through other stores. This never happened!
I love all Bunnings stores, I could spend the day there. Lots to look at and buy. Get in there and have fun
Great product range and refund or help with a defective product quite easy and (e.g. Replacing of just the defective part). Staff knows where the products I am after
Such a shame the staff are unfriendly and not willing to help out of all the Bunnings stores in Melbourne. Haven’t been back here due to this unfortunately.
Last Thursday night.something crazy and stupid it happen in this store.
I will remember the employees' behavior forever and owe it to them.
I had a scratched wood floor that I had to fix and the guys here gave me the best advice to just go for a cheap solution of getting wax tubes of the different colours matching my floor and then melt it into the scratches. Their suggestion worked great as a temporary fix.
Went there most times and whenever I need help, all their staff are very friendly and helpful going all out to assist even having to walk ailse after ailse with you to get the stuff you needed.
Staff stand around doing nothing but chatting to each other, impossible to get help in the outdoor furniture section. No checkouts open when you do want to make a purchase. Probably the worst Bunnings I've been to in Aus or NZ. How do you stuff up a Bunnings? Even the sausage sizzle was terrible!
Went with a friend garden area was lovely it was a nice day and it was a pleasure to look around staff were knowledgeable and helpful got what he needed and quick and friendly checkout
The staff at Springvale bunnings are much more helpful and friendly in comparison to the keysbourough bunnings. Huge parking area

Called to ask about a product the lady who answered hung up on me without even letting me ask if they will get them in stock. Horrible service.
Sick of going to Bunnings and not being able to find assistance, especially When you need something cut to length. As a tradesman, tome is money. Stop cutting back on labour bunnings.
Friendly staff who know where things are. They have it all. From lawn mowers to light bulbs, to gardening to painting. Any home project they will have what you are lookibg for. 9/10 If they don't have it they will special order it in or point you in the right direction.
A nice big Bunnings with helpful staff. I went in looking for a fan or a cooler. I was leaning more on the small cooler that I found on their website but sadly the store didn't have it. Nonetheless I got a good tower fan for a great price that beats even online purchase.
Customer service is very bad, no one answer the phone, keep waiting 15' to transfer a call to different desk and then waiting again. Asking for help in Tools Department people ignore two time.
Dad went to Bunnings one arvo and some how managed to lose his wallet (he had no idea where he lost it). He thought for sure it was gone forever. Around 2 weeks later we received a call from Bunnings saying they’ve found his wallet somewhere inside the store, nothing amiss, all his cash and cards all present.
Faith in humanity restored! Thank you!
