69I wanted to buy a converter for my Tab and I tried to find it but I couldn’t and then I asked the staff to help me to find it but no one help me.
Great place for all your hardware needs and more. Health and safety concerns about onions greatly exaggerated.
Service is always great when you find a staff member and if they don't know, they ask another staff member, they don't just brush you off
Placed a special order online was notified via text message was ready to be picked up. Went to the Scoresby store the next day ready to pick up my order which was a pallet of retaining wall blocks.
After being directed to the special orders counter (which by the way doesn’t have any signage saying this) the guy behind the counter said to bring my car into the drive through pick up and he will be back shortly. Yes he came back a few times telling me he couldn’t find the order. Then they found it located behind today’s stock Order from their warehouse. 1hr later they finally bring the order out. Dumped the pallet behind the car and I spent the next 45min loading my trailer on my own. No offer to help no real sincere apology for how long it took and worst of all because they had closed up the drive through I couldn’t find any staff member to let me out! For what should have been a pretty straight forward process turned out to be a nightmare!

Staff didn't know where distilled water was. Got help from 5 staff members and sent to 3 parts of the store. Walked out and bought it at Coles
Friendly helpful service had one of the staff walk us out to the car park with an umbrella because it was poring down rain
Excellent service with aftercare tips given by checkout staff at gardening section. Got a Frangipani plant
Got asked to leave the store after licking a hammer and swinging on the hammocks. Apparently bunnings isnt the place for a miley cyrus wrecking ball audition. However as always the snags were on point so were on mutal grounds once again
