Bunnings Scoresby reviews
69Best Bunnings I've ever been to. Friendly staff, good stock levels, healthy plants, easy parking even on a Saturday. Online special ordering is also a breeze, great communication and super fast delivery, even on a Sunday!
Very poor customer service in the gardening section and paints. Seems like staff don’t want to acknowledge customers and instead are busy doing their own little jobs. Long queues and long waits for help.
Great Bunnings with ample parking and all the usual departments
Staff are friendly as you’d expect from a Bunnings. The cafe is a little hidden but just walk around and you’ll find it.
Nice amount of plants although smaller than others, is one of three near me but in a great spot opposite big box sports store Decathlon.
Very good place, hanging pots and plants are a good price, not too expensive, you get lots of help from the staff members.
I recently bought two garden sheds. I'm happy to mentioned that the lady work in special orders desk 'April' was so helpful and going above and beyond to help me with whole process.
Great customer service. Keep it up the great work.
Needed paint and when I got to the counter there was a new person who was just training which is cool we all need training when we start a new job. The problem was the person doing the training was focussing on way too many other things rather than the task at hand.took 3 calls and the disappeared into the store somewhere leaving this poor trainee to explain she needed to wait to ask the right questions. I don't mind being served by someone new but the person training should be doing just that TRAINING! I saw no evidence of real training it was more like sink or swim ver disappointing
I love bunnings always have everything you need and always someone to ask for help with a smile
Terrible, just terrible.the staff are so rude there and if there’s a chance I will never go back and shopping in Burnings again. Just wonder if Australia has another Burnings-ish shop? ! The burnings monopoly should be put to an end
This is our local Bunnings. It was the first place I checked to make sure it was within the 5km travel limit during lockdown. Thankfully it was and the click and collect service became a lifesaver during those long months. We now have a healthy and growing garden and other completed and 'in-progress' DIY projects around the place. Now that BBQ sausages are back on Saturdays I've decided that all is well with the world.
Whenever Bunnings Notting Hill let me down, i head down the road to Bunnings Scoresby who have NEVER let me down. Bunnings Notting Hill wouldn't let me in even though I have a Powerpass card because they didnt want me 'roaming the aisles'. No point arguing, so I went to Scoresby, bought my new Drop Saw Blade and Post Holders and left happy. Bunnings Scoresby, you rock!
Security at the front door wouldnt let me in. First year apprentice trying to make a living. Havent got a white card yet. Clearly wearing trade clothing.
I was in desparate need of equipment for work that day and was rejected. Ill be going to bowens from now on.
Can be difficult to get customer assistance. I love how when you check stock online it tells you which aisle to go to. Usually straight in and out of the store. Perfect.
Very well mannered and helpful staff, always stocked items, never had any trouble finding what i want and well maintained place. Good job
Without doubt a great place to visit as the range of product is excellent and being a mere male it is difficult to rush in and out as you always need to check out all the new products available. The only area I find to complain about is the lack of staff to help when you have a question. I would suggest that a service bell or light was placed in each aisle for Staff to see when people want some assistance. You generally have to walk half of the Store to find someone which is very time consuming and annoying. Come on Bunnings give my idea a try as you will make a lot of Customers happier.
It's your typical bunnings. I did think they make an art of dodging people tho. I'm saying that when you do finally trap someone, they are super friendly.
Understandably walkway traffic into and out of the store is restricted to a one way direction during pandemic restrictions however, one could expect Bunnings to think about what they are asking their customers to do. There were no shopping carts in the garden section area so I had to exit the building to get one and then I was not allowed to return the same way which meant having to re-enter the buidling thru the main entrance. Inconvenience aside, it is ironic to be walking an extra 300-400m thru crowded isles for Covid safety reasons! A simple modification of a trolley placement area could easily solve the problem.
Always so helpful. They go above and beyond to get you what you need and if they haven’t got what you’re looking for, they’ll ring around to find it.
Had a lovely experience with a young man helping me with trying to get a lawn mower on a trolley and into my car. Nick was in the paint section and offered to help me as no one else was available. I appauld Bunnings for employing people so helpful.
Love this store! Everything I need in one spot. Despite their monopoly this is one big box retailer which is good value
Love Bunnings. This Bunnings must be the only one in the local area within a 20km radius with an almost fully stocked set of Christmas decorations as other Bunnings near the area were sold out. So tip for this year’s Bunnings Christmas decorations.raid this Bunnings store first to save on petrol and time)
