Amazing store. Has everything from timber, toilets to sheds. Great time to get lost in construction stuff. Sausage sizzle also a huge plus.

Always find staff friendly particularly Anne in gardening and another older lady at the entrance whom always greets and charts and is very welcoming when i rock up on Sundays. Apologies for not remembering name.
Staff in general inside are great.
One or two could improve there but overall great experience.

Big range, but quality is not awesome. Would prefer to buy from smaller retailers that know their stuff.but the big range is so easy when feeling lazy.
Staff very polite and helped load instant lawn into car. Not five stars because its the third time a staff member has sent me on what has felt like a wild goose chase for an item - would prefer they say they are unsure or staff have a go to list they can refer to.

The toilets were quite messy so time it right if you bring your kids.

Great hardware store but not enough staff around to help customers. Generally minimal customer services. Avoid weekends quit busy. Weekdays in the evening tend to be a better time to do shopping at this store.
I go there quite often. Some staffs are incredibly helpful and friendly while there are others who are grumpy and unhelpful mostly older staffs who i feel are little bit racists cuz i have felt the difference in their tone and customer service depending on the physical appearance of the customer. There is also a little playground sort of thing for kids and a cafe.
