Today, my husband and I attended Bunnings, Hoppers Crossing store, to browse,
(with a view to purchase), outdoor furniture.
We were unsure which settings were available, colour, sizes and pricing.
Fortunately, for us, a lovely young Staff member, (Taylah, from support), happened to be walking past. - I called our to her,
(hopeful she might have a spare moment to help us). Although it was not her department, she kindly offered her assistance.
Taylah went above and beyond, to assist us. -
We were quite indecisive! -
As we discussed and contemplated the choices available and configuration, Taylah answered questions, and patiently allowed us time to decide.
She showed us, other furniture, in the range, 'on special' which we added to our selection.
Finally, Taylah orgsnised trolleys, helped take goods to the register, for payment, and ensured safe storage of our purchase, until
pick-up, soon after.
To Management, Please acknowledge Taylah, for her outstanding customer service, throughout She is to be commended, for her courtesy, and is truly, a credit to your store.

Very disappointed today went to sign in as l don't have the QR code on my phone only to be told its not available as they have no security to monitor it, not everyone has a qr code you have to look after everyone if you want all customers bunnings, stop being so cheap. I'll go elsewhere if customer service means so little to you
I am highly impressed by Jake's customer services skills. He is friendly and helped my in a very good way. I was confused about how to stick timber frame to tiles. He has a lot of info and guided me really well. Thanks Jake.
It’s second time I for britex steam clean hire and staff always rude and said it’s all booked without checking anything even more than 10 machines there
I am a trade customer but the trade service is sooo disappointing. 3 times they sent me an sms telling me the order is ready which is LIE. The first time I waited for 1 hour for them to collect 50 turf from all over the place. Second time cannot find the roof sheet. Third time the pavers are in stock but cannot give me because blah blah.
But also when the reception transferred my call to the trade desk they NEVER answered. I called 3 times waited for 15 minutes every time no answer, because they are BUSY!
they just waste my time and will ruin my business!
Very helpful staff, not condescending at all, friendly and smiling we are in our senior years so it is nice.
Worse customer service by the females in most departments apart from the Ladies that do special orders.
You can tell staff do not get on and they don't care if they show it to customers, they turn there backs on customers constantly till you start to yell for service, the trade desk has 2 ladies but only one can be bothered serving a line of customers on her own because the other one is too grumpy and needs to look for another job, when served at the service desk, the older ladies are sooooooooo rude and aaaarrrggghhhhhhhh I miss MASTERS

Bought 6 outdoor chairs for a friends birthday and for myself a kaffir lime tree and an ornamental hanging basket.
Found what I was after, good selection and stock levels. Sometimes hard to find a staff member for assistance.
Lady at counter was rude, looks like she had persoanl fight at home and she even has no knowledge regarding what she was doing and when I was asking question, she was giving me rude answer. Poor customer service
Poor, loosing its appeal, when you buy things and parts are missing in boxes. The worst is the item was returned and not checked before putting back out on shelf, not once now but twice on totally different items. In addition sick of hearing employees complain about their seniors openly in the store. Wake up Bunnings because this shopper will limit coming in to your store for only the must have now, all else I will shop elsewhere.
Why when you walk into the bunnings staff is running away from you? Paint department man is rude: telling other staff" deal you with her (about me) ; i m telling them about advertisement on bunning site "10% of, bid any price "-they don't care. If you looking for paint advise to go to inspiration-staff that's cares as nowhere else
In the last week ive had numerous bad experiences. Rude staff, poor service and always seem to be low on stock.
Busy large store with lots of options in product range. NEEDS MORE STAFF AT TRADE DESK. NOTE CAN ONLY HIRE A UE OR VAN FROM COMPUTER No. 4 @ TRADE DESK, then you go to COMPUTER 1 FOR FINALISATION. 30MIN PROCESS: (DELIVERY which was outsourced however & had to complain as ordered 2 guys & only 1 turned up. More EFFICIENT PROCESSES are needed.challenging to find a park.
Huge huge store. Crushed all the opposition. Shame. But really good choice in almost anything you could wish for.

Just went to buy some paint. At bunnings hoppers crossing, I was asking for some advise and possibly a cheaper brand, but when I questioned the advice I was treated with distain and both the young blonde and Indian looking gent literally turned their back to me. Disgusting service.
