Bunnings Hoppers Crossing reviews
70Recently went there twice in this store but no staff came over to help with our enquiries. Even though we went to trade desk and the check out staff called for a staff member to come to the aisle to meet us. We waited there but no one showed up. We even saw one staff member passing by and asked if he was the one but no response. Disappointed and left to another Bunning store.
Most of the floor staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I go here at least once a week and see the same. If you’re not white you’re going to be made to feel uncomfortable. Don’t expect any help. Staff are too busy talking to each other and will ignore you even when you walk up to them. They treat you like some uneducated riffraff. Unfortunately reflecting their own class. I’ve lived in Sydney for the past 17 years and have found most Bunnings stores to be really friendly. This store and some of its older staff are the absolute pits of humans. Shame on you
It's one of my favourite stores, but it's so big, and it can be hard to find exactly what you're looking for.
It's even harder to find a knowledgeable person to help.
What a shame that your elderly cafe staff serving this afternoon is a borderline racist! Pretending not to hear my order (and believe me, my voice is loud!), and then enunciating "Mocha" in her loud Australian accent to depict her superiority followed by a heavy sigh which I'm sure her ancestors would have heard too! Dear Hoppers Crossing Bunnings, I do love your shop and your floor staff are wonderful. However, kindly request that you follow through on your impeccable customer service to your cafes. It really is a put off!
Great customer service. Always amazing options of plants. I've been working on my backyard and found all I needed to upgrade its looks.
I cannot say enough good things about my recent visit to Bunnings Hoppers Crossing! This store truly deserves every one of its five stars.
From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff at Bunnings Hoppers Crossing are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me in finding everything I needed for my latest home improvement project, especially Princess, she was so helpful in helping me find what I needed and went above and beyond to help me.
What truly stood out about Princess was her patience. I had a lot of questions, and she took the time to answer each one with genuine care and attention. She made sure I understood the products I was purchasing and even helped me find more cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality.
It wasn't just Princess' knowledge and professionalism that impressed me; it was her kindness and eagerness to help. She made me feel like my project was just as important to her as it was to me, and that level of customer service is truly rare to find.
Princess' dedication to her job and her customers is a shining example of the exceptional service at Bunnings Hoppers Crossing. She transformed what could have been a stressful shopping experience into a pleasant and educational one. Her enthusiasm and expertise make me want to return to this store time and time again.
Finally, I must praise the nursery at Bunnings Hoppers Crossing. It's like a hidden oasis filled with beautiful plants and gardening supplies. Whether you have a green thumb or are just looking to add some greenery to your space, this is the place to go.
No one is available to help. 5 different staff approached no one new anything about a product. After many attempts was advised to speak to a supervisor for help. Ridiculous service.
At Bunnings, I went to the nursing garden counter on July 27th/1: 00pm. We went to buy some potting mix and grabbed some plastic bags cause my potting mix was damp and dirty, as I was at the counter the lady grabbed my bags and told me off for taking the bags yet I was told by another worker to take the plastic bags. I believe a lot of miscommunication happened between me and the employee. I believe this was inefficient and embarrassing.
We have called them on July 28th to report the incident and have been told that the manager will call us back but we have yet to have none reply, thank you.
A great Bunnings with knowledgeable staff and great service. They are efficient and have the most expansive range I’ve ever seen. I drive further to this Bunnings because it’s fantastic.
Very nice customer service but as the warehouse is too big its sometimes tough to locate a small thing and when its too busy we couldn’t find anyone to assist with it. So a small suggestion to either provide maps listing every item so that the person can find that or more customer service assistance. Otherwise so good be the quality of items or the ambience.
I visited hoppers crossing store yesterday to replace a wheelbarrow wheel, as I’m a Great grandmother I found it difficult, but then I found an experienced man by the name of Paul who was trying to help 3 other customers, I’ll wait I said to speak to you as this young man has no idea or interested in my needs, Paul was sooo patient and took the time to explain everything to me, I was so pleased to find customer service as I thought it was a thing of the past, I rang the manager from the car park an American man named Andrew, I’ll go downstairs and congratulate Paul and sort the uninterested young man out:)
We certainly encourage Customer Service
And feedback

Click and collet is a mess. Bunnings you can do better. It took 10 days for my order to be ready after 3 calls every 3 days.
Went to collect and it took 1.4 hours. Dont do click and collect not recommended.
Madan at the paint shop is an absolute gentleman, extremely kind, knowledgeable and very helpful to myself and my son who is currently renovating his home. A true asset to the Bunnings hoppers crossing team. Thanks Madan we look forward to shopping at Bunnings Hoppers crossing again soon.
Store was all good but worst customer service by Marissa. She was a B$%$% and was rude to us and was annoyed to be working. If you don't want to work, Get lost. Will never go back.
I love Bunnings but hoppers service has slipped in my opinion. Would be great to see them lift in this area.

Hi, I would like to mention the very sweet and genuinely helpful lady Elizabeth in the nursery section. She comes with so much experience and always ready to help and guide and thinks of the best interest of the customer.
