Bunnings Hoppers Crossing reviews
70Customer service is very poor, click and collect service girl stands 20 metres away and calls me with her fingers, that's just rude and unacceptable. Staff really need training
With covid and click and collects it should b by now really quick and easy to gwt what you need. Didn't happen here. Order my 1 item 1 week before getting told it was ready. Booked my time and got there 10mins before I needed to b there. Waiting well over 1.5 hours to get my one item. Why have a booking system if it doesn't matter.
Really guttered won't b collecting from here again.
Came to return carpet steam cleaner but forgot the paper work. The team member is very unhelpful saying she cant refund deposit without the receipt. Oh for god's sake it is 2021 we are not dumb. You have record of our address and other personal info but for a piece of paper you cant issue a refund? Not to mention we are in line for 45mins. Avoid this place if you can.
Unfortunately not very happy l am a person that comes up with ideas for projects around the home. This time l wanted sample tins of paint Didnt have the colours that l wanted. & l was looking for hooks to hang sheets of perspex couldn't find any that was suitable.
Very disappointing organisation during lockdown with click and collect orders, you will be given half an hour window to pick your order, However, when you reach there on time, your order may take more than hour or sometimes even more with long wait times, @bunnings you need to hire more people, i would avoid this store for now
Drive and collect system is not well organised. It can take up to an hour or longer to collect you order.
No issues with the staff. They are great.
I had given 5 stars for Bunnings Hoppers Crossing earlier but am reducing it to 3 stars based on their Drive & Collect Service. In the recent months I have used this service about six times, 3 times I wold say had reasonable collection times, three times excessive between 30-45 minutes, but today takes the cake, in excess of one hour waiting time just to collect a simple order. Their excuse: The car rego was not recorded on the collection invoice. Can I suggest that the order taking personnel repeat the order and the car rego, rather than just say it once rather rapidly.most people are not as fast as they think. Otherwise usual Bunnings, covering all your home and garden needs, friendly staff and centrally placed.
Staff seem to be too busy being social with one another to help their customers and are very rude when you interrupt them to ask for assistance. When I did make a purchase the cashier was just as unfriendly and even the girl checking receipts at the front door was disrespectful and abrupt.
Not sure I would shop at another Bunnings store again let alone this one.
Asked a question at the information desk about where to collect a tool chest if i paid for it on my bunnings power pass card. Discusted to be told to go away its nothing to do with here go to the Tool shop. Im sure a bit of politeness would of made me not walk away, seems Bunnings dont need a $1750 sale.
Large/busy store with plenty of staff, use north end of entry way to enter, south & nursery are exit only
Don’t appreciate being yelled at by a staff member on my first time click’n’collecting for not stopping to greet her before proceeding to the click and collect bay. If you wanted me to stop you should have raised your hand not stand there looking like you’re about to cross the road. No name tag but young girl with brown hair working 18/10 at 3pm. Your customer service needs to be worked on, it was just plain rude.
Organised a click and collect order, set up time to attend, was left in line unattended for a ridiculous amount of time. Other lines were all being tended to and mine was ignored. M dog* was in charge of my lane and had appalling service.
I ordered click & collect online. The staffs was very helpful. I didn’t have to wait long and the experience was seamless.
One item on my order said low stock but was told out of stock after order placed. At collection it took over 15mins and asking a staff member to check if the staff member that had been chatting to another staff member was going to bring me my order and chat after. My items were then almost thrown in my car. Won't be shopping here again.
One star for the current situation with their Click and Collect. It’s seriously not the fault of the staff. They’re doing their best but, whereas other businesses are offering the same service, with pickup usually available within an hour of your order being placed, with Bunnings I called them three hours after placing an order for $50 worth of goods and was informed that orders were being processed and confirmed within three to three and a half DAYS. So, rather than wait the best part of a week, I canceled my order and placed it with another business a few doors further down the road. [Edit] Ordered, processed and picked up elsewhere. All within an hour of this review.
Made me wait at the service desk for a return for nearly an hour. They're the worst customer service out of all Bunnings store.
Not really rating the staff (some are good and some just treat you like they don't care and you don't matter to them unless you disturb them). This Bunnings store is one of the larger ones and is usually well stocked with a good variety of items (except for gurneys when you want to buy one). It is also generally kept clean and rarely has clutter just lying around to trip over so will keep returning for more 'man cave' expeditions. I also recently did a click and collect which went like clockwork and I will say the young lady who was directing customers in the carpark was very polite and cheerful especially considering the conditions she was waiting in (cold and rainy).
Tony was great.he knows his sh#t! Every Bunnings employee should be like Tony Tri-trade trained - if not more!
Honestly disappointed with click & collect. First thing, they have not sent any communication regarding click and collect until I follow up couple of times. Secondly handed over incorrect ones. Called them multiple times and did not get any response as they keep transferring the calls from one team to other. Hopeless.
Good and big shop, Lots of people at weekend, need more staff to guide people finding stuff they want.
