Bunnings Dandenong reviews
77This store has the best sausage sizzle and they even sell special shoes so you don't slip on the onions from their sausage sizzles. Because we all know that people are just big babies and need to be wrapped in cotton wool.
Went to buy an outdoor couch for my friend and after opening the box found out that side panel wood piece has bended badly. Exchanged into a new but the wood quality was hopeless. We had to go to Narre Warren Bunnings.
Big store, but most of the stuff out of stock. Even some stock says in stock online but once you go there it doesn't exist. Also customer service is nill.
I've had to return goods or seek a lot of advice regarding home DIY projects and have been well served every time. Staff are busy and can get impatient but know they're store products well.
Standard Bunnings store. Waited quite some time to hore equipment. Overall a standard Bunnings experience
Service was great. After receiving lack lustre assistance at narre warren. Dropped into Dandenong and was astounded by the contrast. Nothing was too much trouble. Worth the extra distance.
Big store ex masters large stock but once again found staff not sure of what in they section asked about a product they said did not stock that item continued on looking for other items that we required and found what we asking about
Hired Ute to pick up freezer cost $66 for two hours + $9 fuel or I could have it delivered for $75 good savings
This is in right place in the area, belive it your dealing with multicultural community here, mind your parking and moving cars. Pay your attention to trafic light with your patient.
Enjoy with other restaurant around, and Woolworths shopping will save your time while your in Bunnings.
Your car and your selfs are your assets your priorities.
Not a bad store as such but for such a big multi billion dollar hardware store to not sell pedestal fans all year was a bit odd. Only in the warmer months so staff informed us.
Well layed out store and much of the staff is friendly except for one guy in the tool shop.
He was quite disconnected on customer experience and was not able to engage the customer to secure the sale.
For instance, I asked him what sort of drill could I use for drilling holes into bricks to mount cameras and all he did was shrug me off and say masonry.
As a customer the expectation is to have the person lead you to the product. The store wasn't busy and neither was the tool shop. This is understandable if the person is behind the POS and lot of customers piling up but this wasn't the case.
Heaps better than the Fountain Lakes store, you know, the special orders staff actually help you instead on being glued to their seat, and if they don’t know something they ask they try and find out instead of tell they don’t know and try to end the conversation.
It’s also bigger and has a better car park than Fountain Lakes, even though it’s further for me, this is my new local Bunnings as far as I’m concerned!
Big impressive and staff are friendly and helpful. Not always as packed as other stores and has real aircon for the summer months
Very friendly staff, i had to return a faulty vacuum machine i bought i was afraid they wouldnt refund me but they did, i am very happy
Just like all other bunnings stores. Why do they reverse the floor plan. Its not easy for us dummies
Its bunnings what more can anyone say, good prices at the expense of there poorly treated staff by a corporate overlord that only cares about money.
Nice sausages
Extremely large store, clean, lots of items and friendly staff! The offices / staff room is large clean and the store is generally well kept
