Wanted a correct fitting to the water pump, asked three staffs there but they were not interested to help ‘please ask someone else in that section! ’ A disappointing trip

What is your process, if any, for the click and collect? Takes a ludicrously long time and I'm sitting here watching people who arrived well after me get their orders first. No one ever seems to know anything.
Only my second time trying the click and collect and was as awful as the first time - will try and avoid Bunnings until lockdowns are eased, this is beyond a joke.

Click & Collect: I have ordered several times on Click & Collect and have to say this store is exceptional. The staff who meet you and give your order in the designated car park are exceptional. This service should continue to be available even after lock downs as it is very easy and fast when you already know what you want.

In store: Gary from the Special Orders Desk was extremely helpful on numerous occasions. He placed a special order of a kitchen end panel for me and even though the manufacturer was late with the delivery he followed up the order several times and provided me with updates. He was also able to provide me advice on tap ware which saved me a lot of time and money. Bunnings needs more Team Members like Gary and he needs to be promoted to Store Manager!

Worst customer service. Order online waited 3 days to collect order. Out of 3 products only handed over 1. Staff don't know where are another 2 products, giving excuse not order same time etc. I have show conformation email and waited more than 30 min in car park to find out what's wrong with order and no one back to inform even anything

Very long long time for processing the order. The women at the customer service line is very rude.

Only been in the store once several months ago. However used it many times recently for click and collect. All products have been in stock. Good practical set up of parking bays for collection. Quick service and polite staff.

Not welcoming and could have been a bit more courteous especially checkout staff. Understand that it was just the garden section open and although I was prepared to get a negative response for a tub of deck stain but the way the staffers responded was so rude.

You don't deserve not even one start I have both Mix soil from bunnings prinses hw dandenong and look what happened to my garden it's absolutely rubbish never again

Always plenty of stock at this store, staff are pleasant and parking is good. I much rather this store to my local fountain gate store.

Much better than other Bunnings in the area. Staff are quite helpful. They are patient and listen to customers carefully.

Fantastic customer services. Got me through the first (intense) Victorian lockdown. Some stuff, good price. Most are average. No complaints.

It's a bunnings, same as all the others. Walk in, forget one of the five things you came to get, get the first two, wander round for a bit, think about buying other things, make plans to do it later, then grab the other two and remember the thing your forgot when you get home.

It's like being a kid in a candy store this shop, but there is not much staff members, if they had more staff member in Isles it will sell items more faster, I waited for ages to find customer service in several Isles, one lady I found didn't even want to serve, I asked her i know nothing about drills I need to know how to operate it please, then I needed help with the curtains she just looked at me she didn't help me, but males helped me a lot in there, so thanks to the males that helped I bought the right products, why did she behave that way? She wasn't new. She could of got someone else if she doesn't understand anything. There should be compliments and complaints form at the service desk very visible to customers, so we can make Bunnings have better sales! You gotta look after your shops! Bunnings is one! 5 star!

Picked up some timber to build my decking and had some great help from the timber department, highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service from the team here, the girl at the checkout was so helpful in helping me scan all of my bulky items through (I wish I got her name). Because I was getting the Rack It storage system, it was difficult in finding a Bunnings which had all of the components I needed but everything was in stock at this store, the shelves were neat, making it very easy to find and grab. They also held my goods until I was able to send someone a truck to collect my items.

Poor customer service.wasted 1 hour for a safety product recall return this sunday.returned home with product.unprofessional stuff.unprofessional manager

Don't park near the garden exit as there cashier closed at 5: 15pm. Didn't announce or notice. Just closed as the staff wish.
