Bunnings Dandenong reviews
77 Dandenong Bunnings IS NOT COVID SAFE. Entrance and exiting customers have to cross paths. Please goto Narre Warren to learn as they listened early. Look at the path customers have to walk just inside the store.
Not the whole store as that is the customers responsibility.
Cranbourne is also NOT COVID SAFE.
Clyde is also NOT COVID SAFE.
Customer service is not great. Delivery is even worse. I have been waiting 9 days after payment. They sent me a phone message saying there was a problem with my order. I had already taken that day of work and rang them back to find out the had none in stock. Today I took another day off work and the delivery is still not here.
I will never get a delivery off bunnings again. I will tell everyone I know this and just head to Bowens. Better wood and better service.
Now 40 mins on from this original post "The truck has broken down"
We went to Bunning's today, with my son and we were told to leave or else we would be pushed out during closing time we were there at 6: 30 pm. The store closes at 7: 00 pm. This is not the first time Bunnings Dandenong has done this. During Covid-19 stage 4 lockdowns the staff have been rude and disrespectful and the products/materials you pay for are damaged and they make excuses one after the other short on supplies etc. The staff and management in Dandenong Bunnings need to be changed, because they don't know how to treat customers. I highly recommend that you shop at other outlets were you will be treated better. One of the worst Bunnings in Victoria is Dandenong Bunnings.
Bunnings is Bunnings. It’s a great place to find everything you need whether you’re a professional tradie or a do it “yourselfer. ” They have what you need every time and if they don’t they will locate it on a store nearby.
A slightly better than average Bunnings, rarely crazy busy. There is a Woolworths supermarket on the other side of the carpark, so you can kill two birds.
Came in to get another torch I had purchased a day before, Side stack was moved so I asked an employee "who turned out to be from another store but helped". We asked 6 other employee's who had no care in the world. 30+ minutes and we found it eventually. Funny how 1 staff member from the Pakenham store could find stock but the 6 employee's from the store were too incompetent to find it. Store was a bit messy with side stacks everywhere and in walk ways.
Your staff deserve a promotion. Went in with a plumbing piece I needed replacing plus some extra stuff for it. One of your staff members was sent to plumbing help me. He took the time to find me the exact plumbing piece and found all the other things I needed. He didn't even have to think twice, he knew exactly where everything was.
Love bunnings.so much to check out. Staff are great when you manage to catch one. We were asked if we needed assistance prior to us needing help. We will return.
This place is always short on stock. Not sure if it's the location that they keep low inventory or if it goes off the shelves quick. I'm never able to grab special items in this store, the special items shelves were always empty. Staff is always helpful and suggests the nearest bunnings where store has the stock. Ample parking, BBQ on weekends.
Everything you could need for around the home.
This Bunnings is at the Masters Home Improvements site
Next to South Gippsland Freeway.
Just off the Princess Highway.
A great place for anything DIY and now, many many services - Kitchen Design, Installation etc. Legendary aussie iconic brand
The guy called Rob in the kitchen section is rude and arrogant af. I saw him talking to white folks nicely though.you get your point. Bunnings management if you are looking at this please do something about it. Please teach him some etiquettes to take to people. This happened twice. On separate days
Service next to useless. Tried to sell something not needed without knowing if it is the correct solution. Not what I used to get from Bunning. Had similar service earlier from fountain gate earlier in the day.
Plumbing supplies was excellent, good stock of fittings. Great help with customer service person, congratulations.
It's a good store to go to and it has everything since it's one of the biggest Bunnings I've ever seen.only problem is that getting there during peak hour times is almost impossible since Princess Highway is pretty much bumper-to-bumper traffic from 4 to 6 which is very unfortunate for Bunnings.
Very bad, they don't have enough employees, I've been waiting for someone around 10 minutes to help me around vacuum cleaner.
It's an ok store but not as good as the one in Springvale. Took me a while to find a staff member to get some assistance. Also parking on a Saturday morning wasn't good either
Came in store as my partner spoke to staff over the phone earlier in the morning regarding if an outdoor play set is in stock, to which a staff member said it was after checking product code.
This wasn't the case when I arrived, obviously there was a mistake/misunderstanding, mistakes happen and which is totaly fine.
What I didn't like was how I was treated like an annoyance by one Staff member when asking for clarification and help.recieved a terrible vibe.won't be returning to this store.
Best, cleanest, largest Bunnings for ages in any direction.
Also air-conditioned so comfortable during summer.
Not as good as the other ones I have been to. Staff don't know where the items are. I will rather go to Notting Hill where employees are very helpful and know where things are.
