This is our first time building for my partner and I and so far the experience has been great!
The attention to detail given by Belinda in our colour appointment was amazing, we were a little nervous and overwhelmed going into it but Belinda settled all those nerves and was a delight to be with all day!
Rachael our pre start consultant has also been so great and attentive!
We would highly recommend choosing Boutique Homes, we can’t wait until our build starts in the coming months.

We had our colour choice consultation with Belinda and we thoroughly enjoyed it! It was made so easy and fun and has left us very excited about our new house.

As first home buyers, we went into the world of building not knowing a lot and with LOTS of questions. The second we entered our first display home in Mount Duneed we knew Boutique Homes was for us, the quality of the home was outstanding compared to others we have looked at and we noticed that a lot of the things we would have had to upgrade with other builders, were included as standard with Boutique.
Our New Homes Consultant, Stuart Doak has been an incredible help to us, always making himself available, answering our questions openly and honestly and making an effort to understand our style and what we want in our home. The process of signing our PWC has been so straightforward and easy for us so far and we can't wait to continue our journey with Boutique!

Very excited close to be signing my final HIA contract with Boutique homes. This is the first time we have built and they have walked us though each step of the process making it very easy for us.

Cassie (our Interior Designer angel) was incredible! She sent us a message weeks prior to the Colour Appointment to introduce herself and give us tips on how to prepare. We had our online Concept Meeting (prior to the actual Colour Appointment) where we presented to her some of our ideas and she really listened to us and paid attention. Prior to our Colour Appointment, she also emailed us information about the costs of possible upgrades to help us come to the appointment well prepared. We were quite nervous coming in to our colour appointment (as we’ve heard about others’ horror stories) but she and “Mama” Nic made it very interactive and fun. They both presented really good ideas and they knew their stuff really well. We are very happy with our choices, thanks to their input and guidance, and are definitely looking forward to seeing our vision come to life!

From our first phone call with Stuart Doak, our possibility of building a house has become a reality. Many phone calls, emails and house designs later, our dream house has been designed. Stuart has gone above and beyond offering us design tips, ideas and friendship. Can't wait for the next stage of our build. Thanks Stu.

In the lead up to our Colours appointment, our consultant was very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable providing us with ideas for our new home and pricing. On the day of our appointment we had a different consultant who was also very friendly, the showroom was very professional and we were treated to lunch at the Docklands.

My partner and I have had a wonderful experience with Boutique Homes. Special mention to Nicole who helped us with our colour appointment, Nicole was extremely professional and very helpful throughout our colour process.

We have just finished our colour appointment with Nicole who was so helpful, patient and knowledgable in helping decide the finishing touches and colours of our first home! Colour appointment alone deserves 5 stars for service and quality of standard inclusions. The only reason we give Boutique 4 overall is there definately have been some hiccups with communication and incorrect drawings of our house which is still to be rectified.

Dealing with Boutique Homes is a pleasure very professional in their profession along with their approach.
In the process of choosing the colours and appliances we found Jessica was so helpful a pleasure to deal with.
Dealing with sales write through to signing off contract has been stress free

The colour appointment was better than expected. Nicole went over and above to help us with making very important decisions in this process. Her knowledge and help was fantastic. Great to deal with. The power, colours and contract signing didn't take long. We are looking forward to completing the experience with Boutique.
