Really happy with Andy Le, very accommodating with the initial design and changes we wanted. We would recommend anyone to go through Andy if building a new house.

We searched for ages to try and find a company we could use to build our house, after being recommended by multiple people, we saw Andy Le at the Minta display in the south east of Melbourne. Honestly, boutique were amazing overall with design and quality but the main reason we chose to do business was Andy. His professionalism and care know no bounds. He has been accomodating all the way through our journey and not only that, talked us off the ledge more than once to keep us comfortable in a trying time with rising interest rates. Thank you Andy for your professionalism and care. Thank you Boutique for the calibre of people you invest in!

We had the pleasure of having our colours appointment in the amazing Geelong showroom with the beautiful Shona. We fall in love with boutique homes from the very first moment we stepped inside there display homes, but after today it just sealed the deal for us that this was the best descion we had made. Shona was so proffesional, honest and down to earth. She understood exactly what we had in visioned and made sure that every detail in our home was nothing but perfect. We feel honoured to have had shona apart of the design of our dream home and we cannot wait for our build to start. Thank you Shona for making today so fun and easy even though there was so much to chose from. You nailed it we cant wait to see it all come to life!

We've taken the first step in building our new home and signed with Boutique Homes!
After ALOT of research and comparing sooo many floor plans and designs, we just kept coming back to Boutique and felt their homes were at a higher standard.
We met our New Homes Consultant Domenic at the first display home we visited and could not recommend him more. His easy-going and genuine personality made the whole process easy.
He is super informative, was quick to answer any of our queries and adjust any changes we wanted made to our plans, it felt like we were working with a good mate.

Went there today for our Colours Selection appointment. An absolutely fantastic experience with our interior designer, Nikki, helping us through the process of picking basically everything for our house to be built except from the floorplan which we had already chosen a few months ago. James, our Sales Consultant, and Rosemary, Team Manager, have also been excellent since the beginning of our journey with following up about our queries and getting the contract ready to be signed.
There is a great display centre at the office and we were able to have a good look of all the products and colour choices on offer today. We have felt comfortable and confident with the choices made during our appointment. Thank you again to Nikki for all your assistance and being very attentive and professional every step along the way.

Dean Nutbean has gone above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. Nothing has been too much trouble and we can't wait for the build to start.

We had a fantastic experience so far with our sales consultant Kim Tran who is absolutely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the initial sales consultation process. Kim is very dedicated to his job and is probably the star employee of the company. We then had Andreea Culinaru who was our pre-start consultant which was also wonderful with guiding us through the next phase. We also had the pleasure of working with Nikki Weedon on the interior and exterior design of our home. Nikki was always very helpful and responsive with conceptualizing our ideas and suggesting some modifications without altering too much of the main concept. Only drawback I would say is that there is a lot of waiting in between the different stages of the build. We are currently waiting to start construction but haven't got a clear start date yet. Hopefully things will go smoothly from here on.

Our consultant Esmina was very accommodating to our needs. She was very friendly, kind and helpful through this daunting process. We would definitely suggest to anyone wanting to build through Boutique to have Esmina as their color consultant. We were extremely happy

Our build so far has been managed well. We found Boutique Homes more suitable over other builders since we were able to make adjustments to their floor plans. Our sales consultant was excellent. The planning process with our pre-start consultant was slightly more complex with minor issues.
Our colours consultant had great insight and was very helpful with our colour selections.

Extremally happy with the quality of service we received from Nicole and Rhys from Melbourne Boutique HO. Listened to what we wanted and got all our colour schemes and fixtures perfect.

We were introduced to boutique through friends who recently built with them. I noticed that the house quality was good and that. When we reached out to the sales team, we were introduced to Stuart who has been great and upfront throughout the sales process. So far I would recommend boutique homes for their inclusions, quality and service. However I am at the beginning of the build cycle so time will tell.

Update: 10/12/21 - We just had our electrical and colour selections and it was a great experience. Our interior designer Nicole was great and was able to really help us navigate and finish with a house we could call home. She allowed us to consider our options and review them the next day which allowed us to reconsider a few more parts and upgrade them too:)

Our Electrical consultant Nicholas was great too and was able to provide good suggests to make the most of our lighting and cables.

Our UX consultant (Martine) has been responsive to our emails and we are in the loop constantly.very happy so far!

We are in the process of building with Boutique Homes and have felt very supported the whole way through! We have just had our colours appointment with interior designer Jale´ who has been fantastic - very knowledgeable and quickly adapted to what our vision for our home was and helped us achieve that! We recently completed our colour appointment with Jale to lock in all our final selections for our new boutique home and she was nothing short of amazing! I had been really nervous leading up to this appointment and was so worried I'd walk away not sure of my selections and if I had chosen the right items to make the home look how I wanted. That was not the case at all! Jale clearly had expertise in interior design and very quickly took the direction I had given her to put together a wonderful design palette. She was incredibly patient with my considered approach and was happy to go back and forth with things to ensure that we were ultimately happy with the interior design of our new home. She really understood the vision I had in my head and was able to translate that onto the page. She both followed my lead and also made strong suggestions where she thought they were needed. She was also incredibly transparent about pricing and provided valuable advice on where best to spend extra or cut back in order to get the design we wanted within our budget. We walked away feeling really happy with the final decisions and incredibly excited about the interior design of our new home. Thanks Jale, we couldn't be happier!

We completed our colour consultation firstly online (due to Covid restrictions) and then this week had a in person review appointment. Both sessions were very professional, and we are grateful to Bec for her advice, patience and expert guidance as we made our decisions.

My partner and I had such a wonderful experience at our colour appointment with Boutique Homes. Our interior designer Jalè had such a wealth of knowledge in all areas (especially tiles), which made our appointment an enjoyable and fun experience. Jalè was such a joy to be around - I would 100% recommend working with her if you were planning on building with Boutique Homes.

Boutique Homes designs are simply the best among builders. As a first home buyer, we would want a builder with credibility and with exceptional customer service. As a matter of fact, our New Home Consultant Stuart Doak have made it less stressful for us to choose which house design to pick that will also fit to the land that we purchase. He was very professional and his expertise is exceptional. He’s very straightforward and will tell you the pros and cons for whatever designs you want to change.
Highly recommended builder!

We’re still in the early days of our process but overall are happy with Boutique so far. The displays are stunning and the quality and standard inclusions are far above what other builders offer. We had a little bump in the road on the way to signing our first contract, but since then our prestart consultant Geena is absolutely incredible. She has been so helpful thus far and really helped us love the process. We’re excited for what’s to come!

We've been working with Boutique over the last few months to start designing our first home. Everyone we have worked with has been so helpful and knowledgeable. They have been very attentive and made sure all our questions have been answered (generally within a day or 2 of them being asked as well). Very highly recommend building with them. Can't wait to see the final product!
