Our sales consultant Andy is amazing. Very knowledgeable and answered most of the queries on the spot or promptly. He tried his best to incorporate all our requirements and made suggestions for our betterment. Haven’t starting building yet, but experience has been lovely so far
He always put suggestions how you can make your dream home great. My experience with Boutique homes was great! But the person who made it all so easy, smooth and realistic, was my sales consultant Andy.

Highly recommended Andy if someone looking for new home build.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Boutique Homes for our new home build and wanted to share my experience. Overall, it was a positive journey with a few disappointments along the way. There is a facebook group which I do recommend joining prior to building as the group is extremely informative.

First and foremost, I can't say enough about our Sales Consultant, Kim. He went above and beyond to ensure that we stayed within our budget. Kim was not only informative but also provided valuable advice on what was essential and what could be considered unnecessary. Saving us both time and money, and we truly appreciated his dedication.

Lana, our Interior Designer, was another standout team member. We initially had a clear idea of what we wanted for our home's interior, but unfortunately, we ran out of time during our appointment (47sqm double storey). Lana's dedication shone through as she continued to work on our project, even during her annual leave, making numerous alterations to help us stay within budget. Her hard work and commitment to our project were impressive.

Now, for the frustrating disappointments. It seems that Boutique Homes has gone through some changes in management. This has resulted in certain changes that were previously offered but no longer being available unless with joinery. For example, the inability to extend the laundry table depth beyond 600mm was a letdown, given that modern laundry machines are mostly 650mm nowadays. While I understand the need to differentiate joinery customers, it would be great if Boutique Homes could still allow changes to keep up with modern standards.

Another frustration was showcasing of tiles like the Omnistone - Microtec range in their Docklands showroom when they weren't even available as an option for selection. The initial tiles we wanted were discontinued and I believe were replaced by these, however it left us wondering why they would display options that we couldn't even choose. Only the Silk range was available, which limited our choices.

Also, it's important to highlight that not all the features displayed in their display homes are necessarily available for selection, even through joinery. For example, we admired the stone coverage of the fireplace wall in the Pasadena 52 display home at Kinley, however you can only have the wall in painted plaster.a bit disappointing. This is the same with having powerpoints on the kitchen stone splashback. Just leaves us an extra list of things to do after handover.

Our pre-build experience with Boutique has been great so far. Great service and great designs. Looking forward to the build!

29/10 at 11-11: 30 at 48 Huey Circuit display home, I encountered two of the most UNHELPFUL display hosts of all the home builders. They were not interested in conversing at all and didn’t even entertain any questions, just dismissed me with “Direct all your questions to the first consultant you spoke to at [other location]”…. EVEN THOUGH I WAS RIGHT THERE and interested in the display design they were in charge of. Ridiculous customer service when you’re looking to spend close to a million on a home.

I spoke to a sales rep at one of your display homes last week and I never heard back from him. I guess I wasn't worth his time because my budget wasn't big enough. Very poor service.

We have been working with AC from sales. We can’t speak highly enough of him. He is thorough and hardworking, and we would get updated plans and costs in a very responsive manner. He provided some great advice and suggestions that is of value to us. He explained to us the feasibility in detail making us feel at ease in this building journey. Boutique Homes have provided access to an online portal that includes a dashboard of our progress and documents, this is great tool. It has been an enjoyable experience with Boutique Homes so far. I hope the rest of the journey is as positive and seamless.

Shoddy electrical work, resulting in melted wiring causing power outage at 6pm.
No after hours emergency service so had to call an after hours electrician, and was never fully reimbursed for out of pocket expenses, despite issue happening the same week the 1 year warranty expired.

After having to attend our colours appointment on my own due to my husband being unwell I arrived to the show room to meet Shihanie. From the very first minute Shihanie made feel at ease and made the whole process such an enjoyable experience. Her knowledge and ideas were in line with our goals so it all came together so well. We’d like to extend a very big thank you to Shihanie for everything.

We just completed our colour appointment yesterday with Lana Miskovic as our Interior Designer and had a fantastic experience! She was fabulous with keen eye for detail, knowledgeable and patient guiding us throughout the selection process! The entire process made a fun and stress free experience, and we look forward to bringing these selections to life!

Also, special thank you to both Richard D’Ademo (New Homes Consultant) and Olivia Cedro (Customer Experience Coordinator) for their fabulous services and assistance that makes our building process easy and enjoyable so far!

After a long journey, visiting display homes and trying to make decisions, our appointment with Cassie was everything and more than we expected. She is a bubbly, efficient, patient and helpful designer, who helped us through a range of choices, worked through our ever changing minds and wasn't shying away from giving her thoughts, which was in our situation the best thing! We loved sharing a joke and having a laugh making the appointment more lively. Sending us to a great quality lunch was the icing on the cake.
Thanks Cassie! Looking back to a great day and can't wait to the finished product.

Our interior design appointment with Jessica LR was an enjoyable and seamless experience. She was patient, courteous and very well informed. Highly recommended.

We recently signed with Boutique and they have so far been wonderful to deal with. They are responsive and happy to answer any questions we may have. We cannot wait to start our build hopefully very soon.

We were very happy with our colour appointment with Alicia, who was knowledgeable, friendly and gave us great options in line with our brief and budget. Before our appointment we were unsure of our choices but we left feeling confident with what we selected. Thanks Alicia!

Quality is very very bad. Terrible experience water issue happens everywhere from balcony, garage to bathrooms.
Try to contact builder come back fix the problems.and we told that will will will will come fix. Just wait.wait.have to organise it … too busy. Kind of words.now my house just like raining veryday inside of the house.and no one at the office cares about that.which they think is normal problem raining inside the house

Want to give 0 star if I can ….

Very unresponsive and not credible on their claims about time frames. Found out from tradies that boutique pays peanuts compared to other builders which is why they have huge delays when other builders in the same stage have settled 6 months ahead and we are still looking for a tiler after 5 weeks. Once boutique has your signature, they lose all interest in communicating about anything.

Also, despite saying that they will follow up on these reviews, they do not. Do not fall for their marketing. We're on our fifth sales consultant in 7 months. Ensure you are over everything in your contract because your coordinator probably won't have a clue who you are or what's on your contract.

Avoid, especially if you are building I'm regional Victoria as they charge extra but don't pass this onto trades. We are 245 days into our Barcelona 27 (not including 5 months to start) with no end in sight.

I am in the process of building my first home. Boutique have been exceptional so far in supporting this journey, although I am still early on. They have allowed me to find a home design that fits well on my block and have eased the stress of building a first home by being professional, responsive to calls and emails, and providing in depth discussion, documentation, and drawings of the build I have selected. I would recommend the team to help with a first home build.

We have found working with Boutique homes to be a great experience. It’s our first build and all the staff have been extremely honest and easy to communicate with. We have made lots of personal changes and touches which they have been very accommodating to make happen!
Nicole was our interior design consultant and was such a great help, giving us lots of advice about things we weren’t sure about.
Very happy with the experience so far and can’t wait to see the end result!

So far our sales consultant David has been great to deal with up to PWC. Hoping the rest of the process runs as smoothly!

We found the whole experience of choosing our exterior and interior designs and colour combinations so easy and comfortable with the expertise and professionalism shown to us from Jessica at the Docklands Studio. We are now so excited about how our new home will look and feel
