We had our Interior Design appointment with Belinda and we loved it! It was so much easier and more slick than we had imagined. I thought we'd be procrastinating for ages over each item but Belinda just knew what would suit our style and taste. She made some suggestions we hadn't even thought of or ruled out and they're now some of my new favourite elements of the house (we love those bricks!).

We thoroughly enjoyed the whole process, and Belinda was so knowledgeable about all the products and completely on our wavelength. We're really impressed with the service so far and with everyone we've dealt with at Boutique Homes. Thank you all!

Overall good experienece and quality build. There has been some delays in fixing things post handover but generally ok. Staff is helpful and professional. Some of the stuff for KDRB I wish we were told at the start of our build which could have saved us $$$.

We have dealt with Boutique Homes new homes consultant Stuart Doak when being referred to him by a trusted client of mine. Stuart has been amazing through the whole process from initial enquiry to lengthy meetings and going back and forth several times until we finalised our perfect home. He has been prompt and readily available so I cant endorse him enough. It really is what you want for that initial introduction to a new Builder. We have built before and I only hope the experience we have had with Stuart continues through with all the people we deal with.

We have had a great experience with Boutique Homes so far. Right from Jarryd - our sales consultant, Jessica - our Pre Start and Esmina - our interior designer.
Jarryd has been great from the very start. He patiently answered all of our questions and helped us decide on what we need in our build. His responses have been one of the main reason for us to choose Boutique
Our pre start Jessica is very considerate, patient and easy to talk to. She has been amazing when ever we spoke to her and also very responsive.
Our Interior designer was Esmina. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional but most of all, she listened to our ideas. She understood our vision and helped us create a beautiful palette for our house and kept us within our budget.

We were first contacted by Boutique in response to an online query about building a new home and they have been nothing but helpful and informative throughout the process. Stuart Doak from Boutique Homes was the consultant appointed to us, he was pleased to answer all our queries and questions regarding the build process and the structural upgrades that was available to us. Stuart exhibits a great degree of professionalism and thank him for being so patient with us. We thank Boutique Homes for being professional and reasonably transparent with their practices. So far everything has been working in terms of structural changes and working within our budget. We recently just finished our colour appointment with our colour consultant Esmina. The experience was exciting and she was a great help to invision our future dream home and we have created a palette that we have fallen in love with. We can't wait for the build to start, and the journey so far with boutique has been professional, patient & easy to communicate with. Cheryl our pre site has been amazing with all her efforts in answering many of our questions.

From knowing pretty much nothing, to now realising what we want in a Home. Dean Nutbean has been transparent and attentive to our needs. From after hour visits to many adjustment to the proposal. We finally reached a state where we can say Boutique will be building our forever home.

Boutique Homes have been great to work with from the beginning. Very happy with our floorplan. So impressed with our interior designer Cassie who was professional and understood our needs.

Terrible quality. Terrible communication. Been over a year and faults we brought up on handover have not been fixed. Workers were smoking inside during the build and using our toilets (and we were charged for a porta loo). Absolutely disgusting.

From the moment we walked into the werribee display office we were so delighted to have met the power couple Bridie and Jarryd. They were soo lovely and there customer service was out of this world. After purchasing a block of land in January I held off for a few months before looking to find a builder. This was the first time I have ever built a house, so I was a little overwhelmed with everything. A colleague had recently built with Boutique Homes and recommended them. I received a call from Stuart Doak at Boutique Homes and we had a chat about my situation and roughly what I was looking for. After that first conversation, I already felt so much more at ease as Stuart had promised to accompany me through the whole process and work with me so we could get what I wanted. Over the next few weeks, Stuart and I spoke regularly, with him making himself available when it suited me and always responded quickly to questions I had. We were able to find a great design and make alterations so the final product will be exactly what I wanted. Stuart was able to work with my budget and help me decide on things that were important to me so that we didn't go over my limit. Stuart was upfront about rising costs due to COVID as well as potential site costs that I may be up for, which was important to me, as I value transperancy and honesty. Stuart was able to put together a preliminary contract that I was excited to sign and move forward with. I am very confident that Stuart and Boutique Homes will be able to deliver my dream home at a price that works for me.

We were introduced to boutique through friends who recently built with them. I noticed that the house quality was good and that. When we reached out to the sales team, we were introduced to Stuart who has been great and upfront throughout the sales process. So far I would recommend boutique homes for their inclusions, quality and service. However I am at the beginning of the build cycle so time will tell.

We could not be any happier with our experiences so far! We have unfortunately been stuck in Melbourne’s lockdowns for just about every appointment we’ve had, but Boutique have an amazing and professional team and their virtual appointments have been a very wonderful experience. We can’t wait to continue our journey into construction!

We were quiet apprehensive about choosing our colours online but our interior designer Nicole made the whole process smooth and stress free. Even though we didn't have a clear idea of what we wanted in some parts of our house, the final choices and the colour palette was truly a joint effort. We are excited for the next steps!

Our experience with Boutique Homes has been an absolute pleasure. We've just finished our Colours appointment and our assigned interior designer Nicole was such a joy to collaborate with! She provided valuable insights on how we could best achieve the look & feel of the home that we've always wanted, given the budget that we have. Our build process has been just breezy lately (they really walk you through things one step at a time and guide you well), and after stepping out of Colours, we are now 10x more excited to move in to our forever home!
