The vanilla slice, rocky road and caramel slice were all amazing. The vanilla slice was the best.

Pretty much ran out of pies by 1pm. Next batch was supposed to be five minutes but it was about thirty. Basic supermarket style pies. Nothing special

For such a popular and busy bakery, the pies are really nothing special sadly.
The steak pie does not have any steak pieces in it.

Vanilla slice is quite good though. Everything else just tastes mediocre.

First time here, and was pleasantly amazed. Huge variety.lots of lunch options.fresh sandwiches.eat in option.

Ordered the satay chicken pie today. Very disappointed. No signs of satay taste at all, was very bland. Full of rice and chicken but tasteless

Popped in to check out a cake, well what a surprise, the gluten free selection is really delicious, the variety they have. Well as a treat Bourke's is a must.

Burkies is really sweet and has a broad range of goodies, so you're sure to find something you like. Their coffee is quite lovely with a range of different milks as well (dairy, non-dairy, lactose-free).

The store itself is incredibly cozy and family-oriented. It's a great place to eat on the holidays with your kids or your significant other. I highly recommend their blueberry muffins (they have a lot of praise), or their vanilla slice. Both those items are renowned here.

Omg, the pies here are superb!

The queue was out the door when I visited, but moved quickly. Staff were delightful, and plenty of seating to enjoy a pie and sausage roll. Yum!

Queues were out the door on yesterdays public holiday so we hesitated to stop for lunch but so pleased we did! With plenty of staff on the queue moved so quickly and the quality of the food was amazing so we all enjoyed a delicious lunch! With so much to try on the menu, we’ll be back!

Came here today for lunch on our way through to Daylesford and loved it! It was very popular and busy but the staff worked through the crowd very quickly with an efficient ticketing system. We got pies and a few sweet treats (donuts, custard tart, vanilla slice) and everything was delicious. The staff were friendly, too!

Been there many times over the years with friends and family for lunch. Honestly say we've never had a complaint on the service or the food. Big range to choose from too

Over the years when passing through Woodend we always pop in for a yummy vanilla slice. Can be very busy during weekends.

The best bakery in Victoria. The most difficult thing is forgetting to order something as they are always flat out. Good thing the staff are quick!

This place gets real busy but thanks to number system, getting served is orderly. We always end up here whenever in this area. There's good choice of sweet and savoury items including freshly made hot lamb roast or beef with gravy in a bread roll.
