Good food. Ran out of phone charge.requested to hail me a cab instead the lady told me to walk to the nearest station and see if any cabs there.

Interesting experience.
I made a booking for my partner's graduation and we were shoved in the corner of the venue. This meant for most of the evening we tried to grab waiters attention.

The food was very expensive for little worth.
I ordered the Saffron Risotto, very bland and required more salt.

The wine choice was fantastic and I enjoyed the option of housing more local wines than imported.

Waitress became disgruntled with our table by the end of our sitting and tarnished the little hope I had for the nice evening I had planned.

I do not think I will be returning any time soon.

Made our 40th wedding anniversary very special. Friendly staff good service, quality food. Would recommend

Saw this place a few weeks ago after going to another restaurant and really wanted to check it out and I’ve never been so happy that I did!

The service, the food, the ambience, the interior design, everything was absolute perfection!

I got the limoncello martini which was a great cleanser of the palette, the beef carpaccio was almost too good that I couldn’t put my cutlery down. Then the risotto, just wow. They really thought out each dish and it was all perfect temp and look. It hasn’t even been a few hours since leaving and I’m already excited to go back!

Lovely NYE dinner at Bottega Restaurant. Meals were delicious and well presented. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice relaxing dinning atmosphere and ambience. Enjoyed our dinner here.

We came for NYE dinner and it was the best decision. Preset 3 course menu was delicious and the wine matching was on point.
Plus the staff was fantastic and super attentive despite it being quite busy.
Worth every cent coming here.

As always, a good meal and lovely service in a chic restaurant. Well done for keeping up such high standards for so many years.

Unfortunately we were seated on a long narrow table for our family dinner, right near the front door so everytime someone walked in we were greeted with a gust of cold air. Our mains took 45 minutes to arrive and was a very small serving at that. The waitress however was brilliant, always topping up our drinks and very on the ball. The kitchen however clearly was not coping. The table again, was a massive problem, too narrow and we were squished in. Very disappointing and would not return.

Absolutely fabulous restaurant! Delicious Italian cuisine and delightful wines to match.

Top it off with a group of truly lovely staff.

An absolute must!

Delicious food, lovely atmosphere, excellent smiling service and good portions. I note that some reviewers have said the portion sizes are small. Our shared antipasto platter was very large, as was my companion's pasta dish. My main of beef ragu and polenta was not large but was delicious and very much sufficient.

I had an amazing dining experience because of the superb customer service from the friendly and attentive staff notably, Jess.

We had such a great night here and the food, wine and service were all fantastic. Best Italian I've ever had and that's saying something.

If you like small expensive meals then this place is awesome. If your hungry order 3 meals each. Lol this place is a joke

My husband ordered the half a free range chicken: grilled breast, roast leg rotolo.
It was disappointing when placed on the table that there was no leg or breast as to what you see any where else. The meat amounted to one eighth of a small pullet.and I am generously stating this. Falsely advertised. The portions of the meals presented were very undersized to the high price that they charged. I have been to a lot of restaurants and this is the first time I have left a negative review. I wished I could have taken a photo of his plate but we were both in shock of what was presented. I didn’t think until after we left to do so, to warn people. I did take a photo of the menu as we thought we read it wrong. We didn’t. Would not recommend dining here unless you are not hungry.

We had a beautiful shared lunch before Harry Potter today. The food was stunning and the service was great and the staff were handsome and fr friendly

Bottega. Such a wonderful place. Excellent food, great atmosphere and nice staff. The quality of the food was exceptional and the prices are very reasonable. The wine and beer selection was equally impressive. Very pleased with the dessert selections too. Would eat and drink there every day if I could.

Very, very good Italian-inspired food in a chic, elegant space in the CBD. Will definitely go back! 1-, 2-, and 3-course fixed price menus are currently available at reasonable prices for the quality. The black pasta with clams and the Jerusalem artichoke starters were fantastic; we had the pork belly and ricott gnocchi with lamb as mains, and they were excellent; desserts were good, too, but not quite as special. It's a great time to go now, as the upstairs area (usually for private parties) has been opened, making the table-to-table spacing pleasant.

First visit to Bottega since lockdown ended and nothing has changed, food still high quality and service efficient and friendly as always. Will be back again and again. Rod and Jenny a Thompson.
