Bimbi Park reviews
74Owners went above and beyond to help us out of a tricky situation. Lovely people and the park looks very scenic too!:)
Great Campsite and great location near Apollo Bay.
Friendly owners always there for you and many thanks for the upgrade a really nice touch.
The location and the surroundingd are amazing. We stayed in a caravan. The kitchen was well equipped. However, we suffered a lot from the cold on the first night, even with the electric heater on and lots of warm clothes. The heat didn't get to the bed area. It is probably due to bad insulation and finding all the windows opened when we first arrived. I wouldn't recommend sleeping there alone as it can get freezing in winter. The mattress was not very comfortable, we suffered from body ache while sleeping. The caravan also lacks an indoor table for eating. On the other side, the camping facilities are great. The toilets were clean and well maintained and there is also a big shared kitchen. The late check-in was very convenient. In general, we think it is a very nice place to stay, but better to visit in summer.
Returning customers. We have tried camping pods, camp sites and cabin. We got free upgrade to an en-suite cabin this time. The cabin is crystal clean with all the kitchen equipments we need, plus good quality bedding and an excellent heater. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I can’t think of any flaw for this place.

The best camping park in the Great Otway!
Friendly staff, great facilities and if you're lucky you will see some beautiful native animals!
Amazing place, very comfortable deluxe cabin accommodation. Beautiful surrounds & very peaceful hanging out with the horses & kangaroos. Thanks for a great stay
This was such a lovely place for my partner and i to stay. We happened to be booked in for the lockdown, so stayed the week. They were so accommodating, lovely and helpful. We stayed in one of the offgrid solar cabins, it was fantastic! King size bed, very well equipped kitchen, the most incredible heater (there was some very cold weather), and other things. Such great value! The only drawback was that Ruby and Johnny, the koalas, seemed to enjoy, and were really good at hide and seek
Good old park, needs a bit of maintenance around the taps etc on site. They leak quite allot, all up a good located park and good value.if you're in a van bring ramps
Had a lovely stay at Bimbi Park. Suitable for families and friends looking for a camping experience with amenities. Close to the beautiful spots Cape Otway has to offer. I stayed in the caravan, which was cosy and had a unique charm to it! It did not have an ensuite bathroom, which I was aware of beforehand so I didn't mind. The shared toilets and bathrooms were very clean. They also offer deluxe cabins with an ensuite bathroom.
Friendly staff and owners. I would definitely return in the near future.
Ended up here by accident after a parks site was flooded. Glad we did. Bimbi park is a fantastic spot and perfect for the kids. Thanks for having our group at short notice.
Their rock climb and mini golf ad appeared in the Apollo Bay brochure at the information centre. We drove half an hour only to meet with a rude lady who said that the activities were only available to the staying guests! Nothing was mentioned about that in the brochure. The place seemed gloomy and boring, not deserving our time. However, we are pursuing this further with the council for the waste of time and misleading advert.
$50 for a piece of sloped grass with showers you have to pay for with coins you have to collect from reception that they don’t tell you about
We had a great time here! Received us with pleasure and the people over there were cool. We had to check out @ 10am the next day but was delayed on unforeseen circumstances but still received good response Nd gesture from park people
As always we have a wonderful stay, the Bimbi park team always go above and beyond.
We love the new goats and chickens pen and enjoyed Frank's amazing pizzas and the outdoor theater too.see you all again soon
Brilliant, real, saw mum and baby koala. Awesome place. Bit late with review. Hope are safe and well at this time. Thinking of you.
I ve been going here since I was a child. An amazing spot for families and camping enthusiasts alike. The location is central to several spectacular beaches and walks. The staff are friendly and the campsite has a very relaxed atmosphere.
Very beautiful and well prepared for families with kids, is a lot to do. Nice walks beautiful landscape. Lovely pizza! Thank you
Have been here twice till now and will surely go back. They have a range of activities there at a reasonable rate. On some Sundays they also arrange movie and wood fired pizza night, which I could indulge in both the times and it was amazing. Although, movies are kids centered. The facilities are very good and well kept. Sometimes the toilets are busy and bit stinky but looking at other good points I would not worry much about it, as we spend only few minutes there. I would highly recommend this place.
It was a stay on our Great Ocean Road Trip with friends. It was awesome. We felt its a place where could spent more time. Lots of amenities. Night is dark in wild. We saw many Koalas. Kitchen, Washroom are well maintained. The stay can be in bunk bed or personal caravan or your own vehicle or tent. We loved it.
Such a nice Place in the middle of nature! If you are escaping the polluted and busy cities, this Is absolutely the right place to go and save your soul! I stayed here for Just 2 nights, if I had more time I would definitely spend few more nights here. This is of course a camping, full immersion with nature. Low WiFi connection (Just in the reception area, you won't have any in your bungalow). Shared kitchen, a bit tricky. Bring your own kitchen equipment otherwise It would be a bit hard to Cook and eat. They dont provide plates, cultery, etc. You can also use the BBQ, which costs 1$ every 20min of use.
Shower, instead, costs 1$ every 3 min of use. Lots of families and kids, they were having so much fun.i loved It!
Lots of koalas are living in that camping area, you Will be luck meeting them! Also kangaroos and horses are around.
