BIG4 Phillip Island Caravan Park

The staff here are wonderful! This made our stay extremely pleasant. My son is already asking when we can come back and we haven’t even left yet:)

That is it too far from anything. Example about 30 minutes drive to the penguins or Cowes. Very small on site cabins. We stayed in what was supposed to be a deluxe villa. What a joke it was way too small even for 2 people would hate to stay in it with a Family. And lastly the couch was broken when you sat in it your backside nearly hitthe.

We had glamping tent and they where very good and gave us our own space which was really nice all facilities where clean and good with friendly staff

Love the park this is the second year in a row I have stayed here. The only criticism I have is that the beds in the cabins are a little too firm for my liking but this is a personal preference and I understand the business rational but still a bit of comfort would be nice.

Staff are very friendly and more than happy to help. Park is fantastic for kids, with heaps of activities. Our kids loved the pedal buggies.

It was ok. Not the best thought out park but it was good for a weekend trip. Managers were lovely. Way to many unsupervised kids running around at all hours of the night and again very early morning obviosuly thats not the fault of the park managers.

Price and location are very good. Disappointed with cabin, seats are filthy need replacing, tap fittings are old, rust on fridge door.

Just down the road from the chocolate factory, and an easy 20ish minute drive to the penguin parade. Lovely rooms and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay with family. Fun activities like huge jumping pillow and swings etc there for kids. You can see bunnies, kangaroos etc wild sharing space with you. Good access to beach. We hired two bedroom cabin. Very happy with cleanliness and cabin. Bed linen and towels are supplied only for main bedroom. So bring in spares or can rent from the reception.

We stayed here our first night and only one night. We had a powered campervan site. The sites are good size and there seemed to be a lot to do for the kids. The website said they had a store, but they just had a few necessities in the office. The close proximity to a very clean beach is a nice feature. The beach was just across the drive and over the dune. Although we had people all around us, everyone was quiet in the morning. The showers and bath house was very clean. They are close to the penguin parade and the koala sanctuary.

Super Ort! Betreiber könnten freundlicher sein. Sehr saubere Toiletten und Duschen. IGA in der Nähe. Strandzugang.

Very friendly staff.our boys loved the place.we will back again if we choose to visit the Philip island.

Excellent place for family getaway. Convenient to walk over to San Remo and easy access to all of the island's attractions. 2 bedroom apartment and facilities more than adequate in terms of value for money. Service was friendly and would stay again.

Just as you'd expect.affordable, clean and very slick check-in and check-out, with great communication.

Fantastic location for camping with a stunning beach access! Unfortunately we could stay only two nights! Well organised and clean facilities- toilets/ kitchen etc. There a peaceful atmosphere even it’s a busy camping site
