BIG W SOUTH YARRA

Generally pleasant, but not much of a friendly greeting by a staff member when I visited recently.
I was the one who greeted staff member saying Hi! How are you today, with no response from staff member except an exclamation of, nearly at the end of my shift!
This was 1pm!
Maybe BIG W needs to prompt their staff to be friendly towards their customers!

Based on my look thos indians work there tink am pakistani so they treat me so bad.

Good quality clothes for kids every day play wear at a decent price. They have a good selection of school uniforms and school color tights for girls.

Nothing fancy, and not the type of place to look for special occasion clothes or party dresses. But good for Jean's, tees, tracksuits, pyjama's socks, undies etc for kids. I find their clothing of s pretty good quality. Clothes tend to last a season, and not just one or two wears like Kmart.

Great for picking up certain things stay from the Chinese made products as soon as you get home they break

The stock levels in this store are always patchy and their web site does not accurately report stock levels correctly often reporting they have items in stock when they don't. And the staff here are also pretty ordinary.

Awesome market. Head there on a Sunday around 230 as you will start to get discounted produce. Also they have great souvenirs for fairly cheap. I didn't expect them to be that cheap. If you are just here on travel, this is the best place to get them. There is also an amsome coffee shop called MARKET LANE COFFEE. It is highly recommended.

Love Big W lots of bargains and great prices. The customer service was pretty rank. The young girl serving in her dinosaur oneys was not very nice. I had purchased a lot of items and my grandson was playing up and she did not give any assistance instead struck up a conversation with another customer. The stores great but I always dread the customer service makes me not want to return to this store.

The same as every other Big W in the suburbs. Parking is a nightmare on the street but you can park underneath and get free parking when you scan your receipt. Or if you are in and out in 10 mins it's free of charge anyway.

If you need inflated balloons for a party, kids or adult, this is the place to visit. If you pay the little bit extra to have silicone as well as helium, well we've got balloons still floating in the house (12) days later!

I came here to look for some board games. A pretty good range of games for all ages. Even though I couldn't find what I was looking for, the store is clean and well laid out.

Big W is good if you know what you want and are pretty sure they stock it. Otherwise it’s all a bit of a jumble.

As a Canadian, this is as close as I can get to a Walmart, so I go here to pick up cheap stuff. Works well for that.

It's a regular Big W, don't have much variety of the same products, but there's a world of products. It's very handy.

Excellently laid out floor plan. Very easy to find your way around and what you need.
Helpful staff. Self serve option available. Good prices & great deals. Would reccomend & go back any day either to browse or get something in particular.
Either quick in & out or larger shop.very easy & welcoming environment.:)

Big store with a lot of product available and a wide range from clothing, electronics, beauty, chocolates, shoes, but not many staff. Things are kept pretty tidy, and all seems in order.easy parking at low prices in the basement car park. I see that some people go there in dirty old clothes and leave with stolen shoes and clothes from Big W

Don’t think I have ever been able to find anything I actually need from this store. The store rarely has anything that is listed on their website, I can’t believe it’s still in business. Waste of real estate space!

Best Big W of them All. Nice, helpful staff, relaxed store, lots of bargains, PARTY SUPPLIES, HOMEWARES everything.
