Inside a big shopping complex, so a lot of stores and shops to visit. Lifts and escalator for easy access.

I was followed around the store by multiple staff members as though I was a shop lifter. Would never return and these people clearly have nothing better to do. I recommend shopping elsewhere

So glad and happy the staff is dog-friendly, had to pick up an order for my puppy and brought the little one with me, and all the staff we encountered were lovely

Manager & management were horrible the rudest ever experienced, poorly made garments they don't stand behind they product, think twice, definitely won't go back

Always have plenty of stock but the reason I’ve come to leave a review is because of one particular staff member here. I come to this store after work sometimes and this wonderful gentleman is always at the front of store/greeter. A fantastic older gentleman who deserves recognition for what he does! He always remembers me, always has a smile on his face and says hello and genuinely cares about all his customers! One day I entered the store in a rush with heavy bags (the escalators again weren’t working and I have severe asthma so the walk up with my heavy items triggered an attack) and he must have seen me struggling both to breathe and to get around and he ran over with a trolley for me and told me to “slow down and look after myself” Management at this store, recognize this man and give him some kind of reward! When he saw me yesterday he again asked me how I was and told me to take it slow and enjoy the cool air in the store remembering me from the previous visit. What a superstar! Employee of the year for sure! I visit many Big W stores and I’ve never come across a staff member as amazing and kind and compassionate as him! Thank you to this man you make a real difference and I am very grateful to you for all you do!

Customer service is amazing! Bella on the service desk goes above and beyond! So refreshing will definitely be coming back.

Be careful of this store, the store manager is rude and not helpful at all. I would go somewhere else.

The biggest problem is staff. They don't care about customers and often don't know much about products. When asked questions, they say they don't know and walk along. Shouldn't they be saying, 'I don't know to be honest but let me get someone who does know and can help you. ' That's a much better approach that Big W staff are completely oblivious about.

A classic Big W, with a wide range of products. Should be able to find most of what you need here. It’s in a good location too.

Entered store staff are ensuring you scan in and fully vaccinated and give you a mask if you don't have one before entering the store, I didn't purchase anything on this occasion

Love Big W lots of bargains and great prices. The customer service is fantastic. Mehul at Big W went out of his way to help me. Best Big W store.

Ample parking available and you get first 3 hours free if you shop for more than $30. Most of the items in store are in stock
Staff is very friendly and they ask you to help if you appear lost

Love big w for kids clothes and toys, especially console games. They are usually very well priced for ps4 and xbox. The only problem is there is not many big w stores nearby

Just spoke with Nidu (apologies if spelling is wrong) and couldn't have been a quicker easier process. Needed to exchange and item. Nidu hit the ground running explaining all of my options and was succinct in her execution of her job. If all phone calls were this pleasant the world would be a better place.

Massive thank you to the team today who allowed me to get my click and collect order pushed forward! Special thanks to the lovely lady at the service desk who was also dressed up in support of Wear It Purple Day, and was so kind and helpful trying to get me my decorations for the cause sorted!

Helped out by the nicest guy for click and collect very friendly and his attitude cheered us up. Not sure of his name but he had a grey beard. Thank you for making us smile.

Bought a bike trailer and the staff were very helpfull on assemble the trike, they even offer me to use their trolley for me to carry the trike up to my flat on prahran

Check out staff dont listen. I have purchased the same product for weeks which comes up with the wrong price. I have asked 6 different staff to please get it fixed but they ignore their customers - very poor customer service! Last retail assistant I asked to please get the price on a product corrected so that it is the same as advertised on the shelf told me "I actually have no interest in this product and you are the only one who buys it anyway" - I told her I will go somewhere else in the future and she replied "Ok that's fine" - goodbye Big W!
