BIG W SOUTH YARRA

Walked past the other day expecting to walk in. They stop you at the door like officeworks. Now this page either needs updating or they need to clearly state they’re open for click and collect

Very Big store near South Yarra station for everyone kids to older, with full variety, and nice staff very helpful

I am a pensioner. I got a haircut for first time in 5 years so didn't know how much it would cost. Cost 125 but that's with foils so excellent value. My prob is I had little money, day before pay, and used it on my hair. This is my latest cal where I do groceries n normally U don't pay for parking. But they charged me $10 on top of a $125 hair cut, that's just wrong. Didn't have money for groceries after cut. Only needed milk really. So still charged me. That sux.

Bought lots of stuff from party zone! Called beforehand and everyone was so helpful and friendly

The change rooms have for sure seen tider days and I also purchased a suitcase which had no barcode in the system took 3 people before getting a manager to sort it out and was made to feel like it was my fault

The guy who greeted me at the entrance was extremely helpful.
They had the items I needed and the prices were low.

Tried to return a blender which is only produced by big W.
Did not come up on my rewards card.
Did not want to replace or refund.
I left the blender there.
And then was followed by manager or personal until I left.
Felt quite disturbing and confronting only wanted to return a product that was faulty that has a two year warranty on it.
And felt like I did something wrong.
Do not go to this store I definitely won't.
Do yourself a favour and buy your cheep stuf from Kmart.
Better service and better products and you do not have people supervisor following you in the store locator je you have stolen something

Excellent Big W that I always forget is in the central part of South Yarra. Always well stocked and clean, they also have a party shop at this one! Much easier then going to the city

I am a Regular here. A good sized store, well lit, good range of products, and the Staff are friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

0/10 service. Took over an hour to return an item, due to the staff not being able to locate the order or read the receipt I showed them. I have never seen so much negligence. Do not shop here at all costs.

Do not order balloons from Big W. Never again. Out of the 40 I ordered, 12 popped when I took them out of the bag. I called and complained and the guy said it happens.they over inflat the balloons. Go elsewhere. Totally ruined our party!

It concerns me that when you are required to provide drivers licence.that the customer service agent writes down all your details. ID theft.will know where to point the finger

Big W is my happy place. For clothing. Homewares, books and household appliances. The prices are always reasonable, the quality is great and there's plenty of variety. The hours at the South Yarra store are excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well set out.

Excellent guidance from the team member in the tech area, very helpful and knowledgable on the product that I wanted to purchase.

Large store helpful and friendly staff member. It was a nice experience there. Free parking was convenient at the basement where you have to spend some money at Bigw or woollies. Otherwise expect to pay for parking.

It's a Big W. But in case you don't know what that is, think Walmart in the US.

This one is large and has a good selection. Helpful staff greeted me and walked around the store with me to help give what I needed.

Had an incredible customer service experience the other day and today. Two young blokes Buddy, and Jono were extremely polite and helpful members of staff. Buddy's knowledge of stock and Jono's patience and willingness to go above and beyond to get an item I was looking for out back made the experience all the more seamless. Thank you BigW!

Stock usually full, good amount of verity.
Staff was mostly helpful, however trying to get transferred to the right person takes a while

The book I was after was nowhere to be found on the display shelves. Remi and Kate went above and beyond to find the book in a box in storage downstairs. Terrific service, very helpful and lovely manners. Thank you to both of them.
