Poor customer service for me!

I couldn’t find what I was looking for and took a similar item to the assistant so it would be easier to explain what I wanted

I was told they were all together.

I asked for assistance and advised I could not see it there. I was told it would be In the next isle.

I was then told it will be in the next isle!

I again asked for assistance.

Should I have to ask for assistance this much?

I was purchasing glass items and then they wanted to charge me for one if their advertising bags. I was told they had no boxes to put it in. They eventually found a box for me when I insisted.

Big W was open till 9 pm which was the best thing.lots of products.very helpfull staff.needs more attention in clothes department as it needs to be more tidy.thanks

I do prefer this store over the city store
Staff all friendly as have a favorite Rodger he works in the photo department but if you can't find it he will point you to exactly where it is or he will go grab it.

A great store, has everything you need. Anything you can't find can be located downstairs at Woolworth's

Terrible selection or better lack of selection of baby clothes, mostly untasteful and poor quality. The same applies to their selection of towels. It used to be a well stock shop, but not any more. Lack of taste and choice.

The store was only moderately busy so easy to get around and find what I was after with ease. The Vogue Centre is nice and will only get better

Had a great experience when buying an exercise ball at 39 weeks pregnant, service dept pumped it up for me. Thanks guys

Good service by the staff. Since we visited on 1st Jan, the stocks had mostly been exhausted. But the ones that were there had a good bargain/price. Managed to get what we had wanted.

I love this place. It's a great source of average stuff that covers a really wide range. Great when you need something very simple.

Met two incredibly patient & helpful staff. Great range of products & an excellent location. Returned January 31 & received exceptional service from Thomas in the Electronics, DVD Dept. A BIG thank you!

Made numerous attempts to call Big W Prahran a few weeks prior to Xmas to check stock availability. Many calls went unanswered & when I finally got through, I was on hold for more than 20 min waiting for the relevant department to answer. I requested an item be placed on hold & was advised it would be ready for collection from the Service desk. When I arrived later that evening, the Service desk attendant could not locate the item & advised that it did not appear to have been placed on hold. Was able to get the last item on the shelf, but very disappointed that it had not been placed on hold as promised. The item could have been sold in the mean time. Staff were not apologetic and really didn't seem to care.

The gentleman from the photogrpahy area, that helped me on 3rd January in the evening measuring frames and giving me suggestions was extrememly helpful. Thank you so much!

Great place for familys_loads of stuff for kids and students.mid to low prices but reasonable quality.

Many options for cosmetics, daily household stuffs. Kids clothes at affordable price. Its like K-Mart and Target but different vibe. I saw Ponds Anti Aging creams sold here where you cannot find in Chemist Warehouse or any retail shops. Sometimes its cheaper than Kmart and Target.

The best Big W that I've visited. Well layed out, well stocked, friendly and efficient staff, plenty of parking and incredible prices.

Always finds a good deal on the product I need. The customer service is very good as well. Pretty happy on how items are organized and stocked. Very easy to find.

Nothing in stock, empty shelf. No iron board, only one Steam Iron, nothing else. Waste of time coming here. Hard to find parking, paid $3 for car park and buying nothing.

Lack of staff, lack of product knowledge and poor stock management systems. Nobody knows if anything is in stock, when it may be back, whether price matching is possible, etc.

Person at the tech counter Jon Snow'd it but refused to know nothing. Went for a particular modem, she denied that they sold any modems altogether.despite us pointing out there was one right under her nose.

The guy with the tattoos in the entertainment section was awesome. So nice to meet someone that can do their job and save me so much time. It's so hard to find people these days that can just do their job properly. Give that man a damn raise!
