Beechworth Bakery Bendigo

Always live up to expectations food wise. Great selection of hot & cold, sweet & savoury, definitely fills a hole when the tummy grumbles.
We stop in here on the way back to Melbourne after visiting family in Bendigo. Currently waiting in line thanks to Covid makes it a little more annoying but makes anything purchased taste that much better.
We will always be back for another Cauliocolli pie.

Been awhile since been here, but standards have dropped, slow service on coffee - however the cake was quite nice.

You can't miss this bakery when you visit Bendigo. This was our 2nd visits. We ordered cauliocolli pie, ham n cheese crossant and Beechworth pie. Wanted Ned Kelly pie, but was not ready on shelf.
All tasted awesome as well as the coffee! And of course the great friendly staff service made your day!

Very disappointed everytime I come to Bendigo Bakery there are never any pies either warm or sold out. Came in at 2 pm only 2 sausage rolls left in pie warmer and 20 min wait for one to warm up.

This is a walk-in, walk-out bakery. We walked in, took one look and walked out! Not even any bread on sale and everything else looked really artificial.

The pies and pasties you get from Beechworth Bakery are some of the best!

We arrived at lunch time and the queue was quite long but moved quickly.

The bottomless cups of tea and filter coffee are great too.

Just another bakery which has branched out to various locations. Having said this it still has great wares and good customer service. Recommended as great place to meet for a coffee etc.

A really good bakery, the selection of delicious treats is great.
I had a Ned Kelly pie and a apple and cream turnover.
I would definitely suggest dropping in to check out this place.

Open on public holidays, otherwise I would never go. Weak, bland coffee. It's a sugar bakery, not a bread bakery. You can buy better bread in a supermarket

My pie was a little cold so I asked them to reheat it, they gave me a fresh hot one and my money back! They are wonderful and the food is good. There is a little kids play space which my kids love. Recommend!

Another delight in Bendigo. Very tasty food here and friendly staff in a clean environment. The cakes are delicious and the coffee is top notch. Great to see such a high level of service and quality in a country town.

Mega yummy pies and unique flavour combinations. I tried the pulled meat with bbq sauce pie and I think the signature (ned kelly pie maybe?) And my partner got the butter chicken and none of them were a disappointment! Definitely a great place to stop before our drive back to Melbourne.

Asked for salad sandwich, had so much carrot, ham and lettuce with the littlest bit of tomato. I was extremely disappointed as everywhere else other bakery's give you all salads. Beetroot, red onion, cucumber are usually included. The cakes and milk drinks are delicious.

Good value for money, staff friendly and helpful, good food. Complaint: tables greasy and black marks. Told manager who said they can't clean but getting new ones. I could scrape grime off with nail, so just need a good clean.

We always call in when we come to the annual Bendigo Swap Meet. One of the best bakeries around. Always take home their Xmas pudding and cake. Absolute quality. I do not mind paying extra for quality.

Fantastic place for a coffee and anything to eat. Their cakes and pies are to die for yum yum yum
Try their chocolate eclair's and vanilla slices they are amazing

It's a great eating experience with a rather unique atmosphere as someone visiting town, it's just a shame that there was a 15 minute wait for some hot chocolate.

Ok we were there after 2.00 but nothing fresh. Even the egg and bacon sandwiches were premade and they were going to toast it to warm it up. No thanks

Beautiful bakery with almost too many sweets to fill you up on, not to mention the Beechworth steak pie was amazing and even better with free sauce! Coffee was delicious as well all round good place for a nice quiet brunch or morning tea!
