Finished product is amazing I couldn’t have asked for anything more, communication throughout was fantastic! My brother is now building with Beachwood as well and they really do go above and beyond to accommodate every individuals needs!:)

These guys are amazing. They took one look at our block and recommend a house off the plan with slight adjustments. The colour range is wide and varied and the service doesn't stop there. If you're building a home in SE suburbs of Melbourne, go with these guys. NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH BEECHWOOD HOMES IN NSW who have 2.4 rating at the time of this review.

Dealing with all aspects of our build with Beachwood was amazing. From design to handover, post handover maintenance and even help 10 months on has been handled professionally, friendly and never did I feel like we our requests were a problem, or that we were asking too much.
The office staff were great to deal with and very helpful and understanding, especially when our bank held things up, Beachwood kept the process rolling and alleviated any fears that we would be delayed because of the bank. We have now been in our home for a little over a year, and I still believe Beachwood deserve the five stars.

Very bad experience pls don't build your home with Beachwood. Once they give keys and get money they never come back. Not even for six months inspection. My house roof leaking I m calling them for last one year they don't even come for have a look. Go with some good company not with cheap company you may save couple of thousand.but you end up with paying more on maintenance.

We can not fault Beachwood at all. They have helped us with everything with building our home. The girls have helped with anything that we have asked whether it be big or small, it wasn't an issue for them.we actually got in one month earlier than expected. There would be only one thing that would have been nice, that the builder could have recommended a couple of things, one was the garage, we should have made it bigger, one doesn't think of these things.we did have a few little issues when we moved in but all was fixed straight away. Would highly recommend them. Very happy and a very good price.
