Olivia is a true professional. She talked us through our options based on block size & budget. She shown us through a display house while writing notes on our preferences. This process leaves nothing to chance.

We haven’t had a single issue or complaint I can think of, which I think shows how aligned your entire team is in making this a pleasurable experience for the customer. Took posession of our beautiful home yesterday. The staff really took care of us and in an environment where there is allot of negative media about building companies, Beachwood Homes is truly the best and a trusted organisation. Our home is beautiful, well built, the staff are attentive and our site manager took the time to address any concerns.
Would build again with them but I don't think I will ever want to leave our gorgous home. Thanks Beachwood!

My partner and I could not be happier with our build with Beachwood! As first time home builders we have felt supported and looked after every step of the way. We would definitely recommend Beachwood for any other first home owners.

We had a single storey 4 bedroom house built by Beachwood in the Yarra Valley. We have been in the house for almost a year now. The build was started during covid restrictions and was on time taking into account the two weeks government shutdown. We are very happy with the quality and value for money. The process leading up to the build with the salesperson and colour and electrical appointments was also very good. Areas to improve are that an extra downpipe should have been on the plans, they used timber instead of concrete sleepers (which I requested but was refused) for an important retaining wall, Beachwood steer you strongly into doing finishes like the driveway, porch and alfresco flooring after the build yourself which is a pain, and the responses to aftercare issues were very slow at first, requiring multiple follow ups over weeks of elapsed time. However recently they improved response time and in the end we are reasonably happy with the outcomes.

I found Courtney right at the beginning of my build journey, she was the only one who took me seriously and understood my desires and needs for my first home and made sure I was able to get everything I asked for in my home. I’ve now been in my home for 2 months and I’m absolutely loving it, super grateful to the entire team who helped along the way but especially to Courtney who went above and beyond for me!

Shelley and Caitlin assisted us with our colour choices and review of external and internal fittings. They were patient, attentive and helpful in providing explanation and clarifying range of points. If the construction phase is as smooth as the reconstruction stage we will be very happy.

It’s been a lovely pleasure to build my first home with Beachwood. They have been in touch throughout the whole process from the sign of contract to handover. I look forward to enjoying living in my brand new home

First time buying/building a house and I could not be happier with Beachwood. Every consultant I dealt with was helpful and knowledgeable. Beachwood were transparent about potential delays and always kept me updated! Very pleased with the service and the end product. If I was to build another home I would use Beachwood again!

Handover is tomorrow can honestly say we have had a great experience with the Beachwood team! Always proactive with emails and updates, we also had the best site supervisor! And the ladies in the office always willing to answer all of my questions and concerns being our first home.

From our initial consultation through to completion i couldn't speak more highly of the Beachwood-homes team. We started this project just prior to Covid with it causing many challenges along the way the communication from the construction team has been outstanding. Having built with other big name builders Beachwoods quality, processes and attention to detail is at a very high standard.
