Our experience with Beachwood was the best experience two people looking to build their first home could be. Simon and Courtney took all of the stress and worry out of designing the best home for us. They were so happy to help, knew exactly what they were talking about and were able to suggest things that was absolutely perfect for us. They were friendly and a genuine pleasure to work with. I would happily recommend them to any friend, family member or stranger on the internet who wants to build a great quality, great value home that is going to be exactly what you want for years to come. Simon and Courtney are the dynamic duo to ask for when calling Beachwood homes because no one could be more caring or helpful in bringing your dream to reality.

From the minute I walked into a Beachwood display I've had nothing but an amazing experience. I am now currently up to finalising my colours to head into contract stage. I've crossed paths with Casey in Sales, Nicola in Customer Support, Alison and Caitlin through colour/plan appointments each and everyone of them have been so lovely and kind. Very accomodating, helpful and responsive. Great builders so far!

My partner and I have had the most amazing experience working with Beachwood homes. I could not recommend them more highly. Simon and Courtney were our consultants and they were consummate professionals. We had been in discussions with other builders, including some that are considered the “best” but Simon and Courtney put them to shame. They were knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond to make the house we are building our dream home. The value, transparency, and the assistance given made this process such a smooth and delightful experience. With sales experiences like this and the value that speaks for itself I could not understand why anyone would build with any company that isn’t Beachwood homes. If you are on the fence or shopping around and looking for the right builder for you, I honestly am completely convinced you need not look any further. Don’t just build a house with any builder, build a home with Beachwood. Whilst you’re at it, ask for Simon and Courtney, because I guarantee you would be hard pressed to find anyone who cared more about making your experience and home the best they could be.

Have reported heating faults in June. It is now the second week of July And I haven’t heard from the heating installer as promised by Aftercare. No follow up or contact from Aftercare which is disappointing, I’m always having to call and email. Step up your game guys!

It's been 3 years since Beachwood constructed our custom home and we are still smiling from ear to ear. Not only is the contruction and quality of the build exceptional, but the after sales experience was second to none, anything we needed fixed was attended to without hesitation [shout out to Tara]. Building your dream home is not just about the finished product, it's about the journey, the experience and the partnership between you and the builder along the way, it's what makes the pride of your home last long after the keys are handed over. Beachwood made our journey one of the happiest experiences of our lives, we love every part of our home, and if we were to build again, we would trust only them to make our house, a home. Who said building a house in the middle of a global pandemic had to be stressful! Our journey with Beachwood thus far has been fantastic! Jack was amazing, In helping us as first home buyers with a young family nut out the most perfect plans to suit our way of living. Since signing contracts we have liaised with Whitney who has been an absolute blessing. We cannot express enough gratitude and thanks to her! Nothing is ever to hard or to much trouble, her attention to detail is amazing. She has made this entire journey absolutely effortless and stress free during these uncertain and challenging times. I would like to congratulate Beachwood Constructions on their fantastic customer service so far. We are nearly ready to go into the build stage. Our customer liaison person, Nicola, has been fantastic. Prompt replies to any query or change that we requested. She is always cheery and helpful on the phone and in person. We couldn’t ask for anything better. I thought this was going to be a nightmare as we have never built before but it has been all smooth sailing so far. Thanks Nicola and team.

My partner and I have just finished building with Beachwood. I really only have good things to say, firstly their customer service is excellent, you only ever speak to the one person depending on which stage of the build you are at, Tara was our main point of contact during the build and she was such a pleasure to deal with. The only thing I would have liked to see a bit different was the color selection stage, there wasn't an interactive colour selection program that we could use so selecting everything using samples was a bit tricky, in saying that we absolutely LOVE the way our home has turned out an. The whole process was smooth and easy from start to finish, I would HIGHLY recommend Beachwood, their quality of work is on point! Thanks Beachwood for building our home!

What to say. Started the process, total lack of attention, feel very lucky to have realised not to be trusted. This was a while back but suddenly realised, they more than deserve this single star, in fcat it is more then they deserved.

Having recently build our home with Beachwood Constructions, we recommend them highly.very professional, no hidden cost and prompt response in regards to anything that needs attention. There is nothing we could pick on that these guys could improve on. Great customer service. We will definitely be using them again in future.

Just pray that your house is built properly, coz if there are any issues you'll have a higher chance of winning the lotto than them coming back to fix it. Our roof leaked and damage the walls and skirting in our ensuite, 4 months later and still nothing. Better to go with another builder, any builder!
