Amazing professionals at Beachwood. The process of our pre-construction journey have been so smooth through every step, with such helpful individuals in each department. We are so glad we chose Beachwood and are so excited for the final product!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our Beachwood Homes experience from meeting Casey the Sales Rep up to the finishing weeks being guided extremely well by the Construction Support Team. If we were to build again we would not hesitate to contact Beachwood homes again.

Don’t expect them to help after your 6 year warranty period ends. They initially hired roofers who couldn’t even do a proper job which has now led to water damage in the roof and they won’t take responsibility. Do not use these jokers.

We had amazing help from Caitlin and Shelley (hope the names are spelt right) both helped us with our decisions can't wait to see the final results. They made everything easy to understand and they even put up with obnoxious husband haha

We found Abby (now in Orana) after about 4 weeks of looking at display homes, she was so helpful for us as we wanted to change a couple of things in the floor design. As I was telling her what I want she was designing on her computer then printed it out before my eyes within minutes. Wow! I had never seen that before or since.
We have now had our colour appointment and we are very happy with the level of professional support and guidance we have been given. Nicola at the Harmony centre was very helpful with our contract signing and made some very helpful final suggestions on our electrical plan.
We are looking forward to seeing the final product!

We were house hunting for a month before we found Abbey (now at Orana) and she was so helpful, that we were delightfully surprised! She made changes and tweaks to the house plan we required on the spot. She was able to very creatively make the adjustments needed to the house design to perfectly meet our needs. We had not experienced this level of expertise with any of the other consultants we had dealt with previously. Highly recommend Abbey from Beachwood homes at Orana. We are also impressed with several inclusions Beachwood offered that are not usually included in other home builders prices, we feel we got value for money and great customer service.

The next phase of our project was coordinated by Nicola at the Carrum Downs centre, She handled it with a lot of patience and proficiency, especially considering the number of amendments that our plans required. She kept in prompt communication with us throughout the process. We are very happy and grateful for the work of all staff at Beachwood and are looking forward to the next phase of our build. I will update my review with our experience through this process.

We’ve just moved into our Murray 25 and although it’s only been a week, we really feel at home in our new build.

From the first time we visited the display in Drouin, we were really blown away by the quality of the building and how helpful Casey was to us with any questions we had as first-time homeowners.

Even though our Colour & Tender appointments were online due to lockdown, Alison and Caitlin provided great direction and helped us to feel confident in our choices.

Communication was always clear and professional, especially with Nicola, Kirby and Tara. We knew our emails would always be answered within a day or so.

We would recommend Beachwood to everyone and anyone looking to build a home.

Simon Leung has been our sales consultant, he has been extremely easy to work with and really attentive to the detail we have gone to.
Very friendly since first call until now. He always there with very quick response. He goes an extra mile with us and he gives an honest advice.through the colours and tender appointment we had  a good time
Caitlin was fantastic in changing a few things we didn't really think of until she brought it to our attention. Special mention to Rebecca as she  constantly keeps us updated

We recently moved into our beautiful new Lorne 31 Beachwood Home. We are absolutely in LOVE! The entire process was so easy from start to finish. This was our 4th build so we probably didn't have as many questions as most people, However these were always answered promptly and professionally. Beachwood have been our best quality build by far hands down!
Tara and then Peter closer to handover and after handover were fantastic to deal with and we couldn't have been any happier.
Highly recommend having a look at their beautiful homes you will see the difference in finishes etc compared to other large wack em up style builders with a bigger name. Worth every cent.

It is an easy 5 star for Beachwood for making our first home so simple and easy! We love their display homes! They are really well build.
We first met Simon and Courtney, their sales team, who are really amazing and super helpful. They helped us deciding which block we want to pick and patiently answering our questions.
We then got introduced to Kristie, Effy and Caithlyn who are helping us with the next stage of the building process. They are super friendly and so thoughtful in every aspect of our build. Their suggestions and expertise really helped our choices.
I will update this review through out our journey with them, but we are really happy with their service so far! Highly recommended if you are looking to build in Melbourne SE area!

Jack is a superstar consultant! Always so helpful and never bothered with our million questions and changes. He made planning our dream home a breeze and had great recommendations with our layout. His communication through the process has been outstanding.
Alison and Shelley were amazing helping us put our vision into reality with our colour consultations.
And Caitlin was the dream expert to finish off the final touches in our tender appointment.

It’s been like 8 months since we moved to our beautiful home built by amazing team at Beachwood homes. We have had no problems since the signing of our contracts until all the way to after care team. The whole process was smooth, and all our friends and family are jealous that we have got some of the upgrade stuff as a standard inclusion. If we are building our next house it will be with Beachwood for sure. Nicola and Jack were the highlight of our journey with Beachwood. Both are fantastic with what they do for Beachwood. The ONLY thing we were hoping was pictures of our house at the time of handover to be posted on Facebook page haha but I guess that can wait until our next build.

Building a home with this company is a pleasure. Any questions are usually replied too on the same day if not the next day. Nothing was too much trouble and staff always friendly. Building a second home with them now after the excellent service on the first build. Can modify plans to suit your needs and inclusions are excellent.

Will never recommend, them to anyone.

I cannot speak highly enough about Beachwood and their team.
My experience from initial consultation with Simon, working with Whitney on all the details, Alison for the colour selection, Tara during the construction phase and Trent and Matt at handover has been completely 1st Class the entire way through. The house that has been delivered is OUTSTANDING! When my son decides to build a house, I will not even be looking at other builders, just be going to Beachwood.

We are in the middle of our pre-build works with Beachwood constructions and I am so impressed with the ease of the process so far.
We first met Jack 3 or 4 years ago going through a display home and he made such a good impression when it came time to build our home we needed to speak to him! We spoke to a couple of “big builders” but the honesty, transparency and expertise that Jack gave us was second to none and it confirmed the fact we wanted to build with Beachwood. He has been outrageously helpful and would stay behind after hours, meet with us before he started work and answered quite a few after hours texts to ensure to get us exactly what we wanted.

We then were put in contact with our super helpful consultant Nicola who has been so wonderful and VERY patient answering any question (even the silly ones I’m sure I’ve asked) to ensure all the little details are right.
And finally the wonderful Alison and Caitlin who have adapted to online colour selections flawlessly. I was very skeptical and nervous about having to make such big decisions online but their expertise made me feel so comfortable and reassured.

Thank you Beachwood I can’t wait to see you build our home!

My journey so far with Beachwood has been very accommodating with every question I had, particularly as I had virtual appointments (due to covid restrictions). The camera was surprisingly clear! Looking forward to the commencement of construction as everything else had travelled with ease.
