Be A Star Bridal made me look like a million-dollar bride with the most beautiful wedding gown that I wore. This bridal shop is one of its kind and buying my bridal gown and the wedding dresses for my bridesmaids was the best decision I made for my wedding.

Everyone is absolutely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Very professional and attentive to the needs of the customer. Would recommend to anyone!

From the moment I entered the door to the moment I left Dianne (dressmaker at the store) made me feel comfortable and important. I can't speak highly enough of every staff member there. I could try on a limited number of dresses and I was put in dresses I would've never imagined of trying on. They listened to all my likes and dislikes and catered to everything I wanted. The ladies there knew exactly what would look nice on my shape and helped me pick out my perfect dress that I couldn't be happier with. Just amazing customer service from start to finish. A wonderful store with beautiful dresses and amazing staff who care about their clients and their needs. Thank you so much for helping me with everything I needed and making me feel beautiful at every stage of the process.

Such a horrible experience. Was pretty much told they could not help because i was pregnant when looking for a wedding dress, all with a smile on the sales womans face. I walked out in tears. It was the first place i went to so it completely ruined my whole experience, it took weeks for me to start looking again. But i can say every other place i went to was wonderful and treated me like the bride i wanted to be. Highly recommended you go somewhere else.

Wouldn't recommend any plus size girls entering this shop as I was told I would need surgery to remove excess skin as I've lost 40kgs. She said not even a tummy tucker would pull it in. That's disgusting and i purchased my dress down the road. Bad customer service.
I'm not a size 6 but sure ss he'll ain't a hippo. Poor quality dresses.

I found my perfect wedding dress here, and the girls from Be a Star Bridal made fittings a pleasant experience. And, despite sudden weight loss from an illness, they managed to get my dress fitting perfectly by my wedding date. Thanks so much, Be a Star Bridal!

They made me an absolute gorgeous dress which I am really grateful for as it made my day all the more special and made me feel like a princess.
However. As for the owner, she is very rude. Made me often feel like an inconvenience although it is just her job to do the things I was questioning or requesting for. Also made me pay $500 to fix back panel of my dress although it was her fault it was wrong in the first place due to wrong measuring at the dress fitting. Other staff members are absolutely lovely though.
I wouldn't go to Be A Star Bridal unless you find the dress of your dreams on their website, cause then I would just stay clear.

Amazing, amazing, Such lovely staff! At Be A Star Bridal, I felt like princes very welcome and relaxed Fantastic atmosphere and amazing customer service!
And the store has a HUGE beautiful selection to choose from, which surely could provide something for every bride with reasonable prices.

The gorgeous stuff have good experience to help me choose the right bridal gowns.

I never imagine that it would be so easy and stress free to choose my dream dress.
All in all, it's a beautiful boutique to get your dress from and to have your dress alterations with lovely dressmaker too.

The service at Be A Star Bridal was disgraceful.
I was there with my best friend through the initial dress find/ the measurements/ fittings & pick up & every single experience has ruined by poor customer service. We had the same sales attendant every time - i do not know her name, but it is the women who handles the alterations.
She made numerous negative comments (not 1 time, but at every visit) & showed no interest in making the bride to be feel beautiful or special. This made my friends experience very stressful. I will be speaking with the manger today in regards to this particular staff member. I would NEVER recommend this establishment to a bride to be.
