The ladies at Be A Star Bridal were so efficient and helpful and I found the perfect dress in a very short amount of time!

Went in here to have a look as I got engaged 3 months ago and was looking at some ideas to see styles that I might like. When I entered the store, I was greeted by the sales consultant and I informed her I just wanted to browse to get an idea of styles. She immediately started pulling dresses for me and when I told her repeatedly that they werent really my taste and that I just wanted to look on my own, she ignored me. After a while I started to explain that I was looking at potentially having a more slimline dress, only to be told that it wouldn't ever look good on me as it would show all my (insert pregnant tummy motion) "bits". I was basically pressured into princess looking gowns and told over and over to try them on even after explaining that I was waiting to try them on until I was with my mum and again, just wanted to look. Left the store feeling horrible about myself, deflated and quite upset. Will definitely not be buying from here even though there were some nice dresses I would have considered coming back for if not for the bad service. Such a shame as it was so highly recommended.

I had a beautiful experience choosing my wedding gown with the assistance of Tanja from Be A Star Bridal yesterday. I had very little idea of what I was looking for and found Tanja to be fantastic with pulling dresses for me to try. It was a fairly easy decision as Tanja selected some very suitable gowns that were perfect for my figure. She listened to exactly what I was hoping to achieve in the look of the dress. The dresses were all beautiful quality and I am looking forward to Gina completing my final alterations closer to our wedding date.

Absolutely outstanding customer service by Tanja & Gina. My Maid of Honour and I were greeted straight away and we had felt welcomed. Thank you for your prompt attentiveness to my email request and allowing me to visit in such short notice. Keep up your friendly customer service as this will be remembered.

What a great team they have at ‘be a star bridal’ I am a fuss free kinder bride that had no idea what I wanted or what would suit me. The team saw me staring at a stunning dress in the window and my comment was “I LOVE this but it isn’t me and won’t look good” the assistant grabbed it and put it in my dressing room with a knowing smile. It was the first dress I tried on and even through it was not my size (I’m a size 14 with a big bust) I felt like a star. After trying on loads of dresses I came back to the first one and haven’t looked back. I haven’t received the dress yet but I’m so thrilled I found “the one” on my first visit. I get married in oct 2022 so will post again to review the delivery and fitting part but I’m confident all will be well

Both my maid of honour & I were out shopping for our wedding dresses together. We had been to another shop that morning. We had driven past Be a Star Bridal & just thought that it wouldn't hurt going in for a look as we hadn't found our dresses yet. As soon as we walked in the door Tanja was fantastic! I was loving flowy skirts over a fitted dress. We found a skirt that I really liked & were looking for a dress to try & match it with. I tried the dress on & Tanja was pinning the skirt to the dress & I said this dress does not need this skirt. I fell in love with that dress right there & then. I am so excited to pick my dress up & marry my love ️ Tanja you are a Thank you so much for all of your help last week! See you when I come to pick up my dress!

The ladies at be a star bridal are absolutely amazing and so friendly! They made sure I felt comfortable and encouraged during all these wild emotions in the lead up. They went above and beyond when altering and making changes to my dress, I am so happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend all brides to be a star bridal!

Gina did an amazing job of altering my dress so that it fit me perfectly! We met three times for fittings and Gina was lovely each time, listening to my concerns and was very knowledgeable and skilled.

If I could rate this business higher, I would! I was an extremely stressed bride on Tuesday February 8th 2022, my wedding was fast approaching on Feb 12th 2022. I had been in isolation and had to get some alterations on my original dress. I was in a unique situation where my dress maker had moved interstate and I had collected my dress from their family member. When I tired on my dress it was 3 inches shorter than required, the lace and beading had not been completed to standard and I was trying not to burst into tears. Gina and Tanya were so accommodating to find me a dress on Tuesday & that it would need to be ready by Thursday. I tried on abut 8 dresses and the last one I tried on I knew it was the one! I left on Tuesday afternoon to return on Wednesday for my fitting. I was scheduled to collect my beautiful new dress on Thursday at 4pm, Only to realize I had double booked myself with beauty appointments. I phoned Gina to see if we could reschedule the collection time, Gina had been so understanding and accommodating, and had stayed back on Wednesday night so I could collect my dress at lunch time on Thursday to make my other appointments on time. My dress was beautiful, comfortable and I believe everything happened for a reason. If there are any brides out there who have had bad experiences or are stressing out about being supported during the most important time of your life - I highly recommend giving these ladies a call!

Could not recommend Be a star bridal more! The ladies made me feel like an absolute queen from my very first appointment! I went with the first dress they brought out for me and wow I felt stunning, they knew exactly what to put on me! I would wear it everyday if I could, absolutely amazing thank you so so much ladies I will be recommending Be a star to all my family and friends

Be A Star Bridal saved my wedding day! I was left without a dress two days before my wedding due to it not arriving on time from overseas. I emailed Be A Star Bridal and received a response immediately asking me to come in and to not worry as they would find me the perfect dress.and that's exactly what they did. I was served by Tania who was genuine and reassuring and knew exactly what style of dress would suit me. I picked a dress and they had their seamstress drive to the store that afternoon to take up the hem in less than an hour and off I went home with the dress that day! I will forever be grateful!
